I called to confirm an online order I had placed with Ace and reached Jonathan who was the super helpful in coordinating delivery of an assembled Weber grill to my daughter’s home on the occasion of my son-in-law’s birthday. It was all rather short notice and Jonathan took the time to confirm all the details necessary for a quick delivery in time for the big day, and actually got it there ahead of schedule! Jonathan was most helpful, professional and personable. Highly recommend

John crushed it! Friendly, approachable and and knowledgeable. He knew the entire green egg inventory and helped me find the right size conveggtor for my egg - and i was in a hurry. Best of all he did it with a smile and went above and beyond. Bill’s True Value is lucky to have him. If you need grilling accessories head over to Bill’s True Value and ask for John.

Charles went above and beyond to help me replace the case for my Toyota key fob. It was no easy task, and required a bit of research online. Charles was very patient and determined to get it working correctly. Thank you so much!

This is a great neighborhood hardware store. All of the guys working there are so helpful to find things or give some light project advice. Every time I think about going to the big box store, I start at Bill's, and usually find everything I need, with much better store staff at bills.

This was my first time back to Bill‘s in a few months. I have been there previously and the store was an absolutely terrible condition. It was messy, the stock was low on the shelves and the prices were incredibly high. It was clear they were going out of business or were having trouble.

it appears that Bill’s is under new management, and when I walked in today, it was a noticeable difference in the store. The shelves were well stocked. The products were displayed nicely in the store was clean and in much better condition than I saw it previously. Matt was very helpful and I was able to find what I needed. Since it is our neighborhood hardware store, the prices were a bit higher, but I’m certainly willing to support a local store.

I live in New York and wanted to buy a Weber grill for my son and his fiancee who live in Falls Church, Virginia. I looked online for a Weber grill seller in the Falls Church area,
I was lucky enough to speak to Jonathan at Bill'sTrue Value Hardware who was incredibly knowlegable and helpful as to choosing the right grill, making sure it was in stock, can be assembled and delivered a few days prior to Thanksgiving.
We actually spoke a few time to confirm delivery date and time, location and point person.

If all the employees shine like Jonathan, then Bill's True Value must be a stellar store.

Highly recommend this local hardware store, the staff are all so nice and extremely helpful. Charles helped me out with replacing the battery in my car fobs and he was great!!

This hardware store is a gem. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help. It is soooo much better than going to Home Depot.

Bill's is the classic hardware store experience. The staff is friendly and always goes above and beyond to get you what you need. No frills except for free popcorn on the weekends. The Military discount is always much appreciated too. This place reminds me of riding shotgun with my dad to the lumberyard when I was a kid.

Great place. Don’t let the size fool you. Two floors of hardware. I walked in. Told them what i was interested in. They walked me to the spot and even took my purchase to the register for me.
