She was super customer oriented, and very knowledgeable on everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Just be opened minded and everything will go well. Deborah explained everything that was a issue, but you have to understand no car is perfect. Being open minded and understanding will go a long ways. I ended up with in the ball park of the figures and was happy to sell with no complaints what's so ever.
