West Melbourne Ace Hardware

I like going to this ACE. They are always helpful and quick. The last time I went was for firewood for my fire pit and the gentleman was extremely helpful. I have never had a problem when I have gone here and have always gotten the answers I need.

I just went in today and this place is so nice. The employees are so friendly, Brandon the manager is always professional and polite going above and beyond to help, and the cashier is always so sweet! True hospitality and friendliness here. This is an updated review because I just had to say once again that the people at this location are truly wonderful and every time I go in I always find what I need and I am always taken care of. There is a great selection of products and the prices are fair. Thanks everyone!

Had the best experience at this store today…. I had gone to one of the “big box” stores for help replacing 8 bolts that were needed to put together a small table. I brought one shelf and one frame piece to the store with me. The clerk I spoke to was nice enough but said they wouldn’t have what I needed. He suggested I go to Ace Hardware down the street. I had never been there but decided to give it a try.
This store exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I was helped by Mike (Boston). After seeing that what I needed was not available, spent a lot of time searching for a solution. He sent me home with what he thought would work. He said if that didn’t work to bring the rest of the pieces in and he’d try again. Unfortunately, when I got home it didn’t work.
So, I went back to the store and this is when it becoming AMAZING!!! Mike not only continued to look for solutions, but also put the thing together for me. I’ve been in Florida 7 years now and have never experienced this level of service. Really nice guy and everyone working in the store was so friendly. Linda and the cash register asked everyone who walked in the door if they needed help.
Anytime I have a hardware need again…. Ace Hardware on New Haven will be my FIRST STOP!
