My friend just bought 2 beds from Mattress Firm. Knowing how much I need a new bed, she strongly recommended that I go there. I am so glad I did. When we walked in the door, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We were not bum rushed by salespeople straight off. George was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Follow up: After purchase was excellent. Someone picked up at the store in less than 2 rings each time I called and had immediate relevant information on delivery and rebate questions. One of the few retail locations still in existence that has no recording or automated menu when you call them. I'd give them 5 stars again.

Our experience was amazing Erica and the assistant store manager knew exactly what they were talking about. We got perfect mattresses for our sleeping positions we learned things we didn’t know. I went into a few mattress stores and wasn’t finding much help. I went into mattress firm in Melbourne and the young lady. Elizabeth was very helpful when we couldn’t find what I wanted on the floor. She went into the computer and did find me something in my price range, and I was grateful she took that extra step. I would definitely work with her again.

All the staff
are welcoming and informative. They really know how to help when a person is making a long-term much needed important financial investment that is suited for individual needs. They also did such a great job of helping to take away apprehension interacting with sales people and made it more like interacting with people who are health care consultants for your benefit. Took the extra time to listen and be patient.

We just purchased two mattresses from Will, super quick process and we really felt taken care of.
Never once were we pushed to buy the most expensive option and Will explained all the features clearly, plus he answered some additional questions we had about mattress's in general.

We had done a ton of research online, and in spite of our challenges about technologies and price, in the end, we got a great choice at an excellent price. Since the purchase was for my daughter's college dorm she asked for her input and how she felt with the different mattresses she tried. Melina made this purchase experience go smoothly. No high pressure sales. The sales team asks you questions to determine your mattress preference and then shows you what you may like based on that. You are at your own pace to try out their products. They seemed genuine in their effort to get your best fit for a mattress.

Melinda is the best. Super friendly, not pushy and knows her stuff. Will recommend her to everyone who needs a new bed.
