This is such a killer example of getting a better experience from a local business. I dropped my old Jackson guitar off to be restrung recently and got it back in better shape than I had left it. Not only did the owner restring it, but he carefully cleaned the guitar making it look better than it has since i got it from my uncle 20 years ago. The staff is so friendly and extremely knowledgeable as well. This will be my go to place from now on.

My favorite guitar store :) I don’t understand some of the reviews considering Gene and his son are super pleasant to be around and I naively took a guitar right off the wall and was encouraged to play it ! ( I now feel a bit bad about because his guitars are priceless and I should’ve asked). We ended buying a Les Paul and a fender bass from here and cannot wait to come back for more !

Went by to pick a tuner for my Lyre. Very helpful and friendly and good price. If I ever upgrade to a mandolin or banjo or guitar I will stop by again. Thanks guys.

I was in town a few days. I was looking for a specific acoustic guitar and I seen they had the brand so I headed their way and I didn't regret it. What a great experience. They were very busy but Gene and Kevin could not have been more attentive. I thought customer service was dead but not here!! Thank you for the experience, please come open a store in Tallahassee, FL and take over! I will be back.... actually headed back now to pick up something I forgot yesterday.

Stopped in to look at Basses a few months ago. I bought a nice Dean. loved the shop, feel, selection and everyone there was very helpful. I must have tried 4 or 5 Basses and played them for at least an hour and half before falling in love with the one I left with. Great experience! I will be back and bringing friends!

A no BS store because of Gene and his work ethic...also nobody has Martin's cause he bought em all...go play one and you'll want it.
