My hard drive ran out of space in the middle of editing photos. I needed to get the photos done so I could send them to the client. I took my PC to Bits Computer and was amazed at the service. They upgraded my hard drive to 2T’s and had it installed within hours. I picked up my PC and was back to work in no time. Matt even took the time to go over my system and educate me on somethings I didn’t know about it. Very satisfied and will return again in the future.

My C:\ drive was bursting at the seams and I was suffering performance issues. After taking "repair or replace" notes over the past few days I brought that list to BITS for their opinion. Matt suggested a hard drive upgrade and doubling the RAM. I happily took his suggestion (I did NOT want to buy a new computer) and my computer is nice and speedy now. He ran stress tests, cleaned up the dusty interior, and finished the job in a few hours, for a VERY fair price. Super laid-back dude who knows his stuff. Thank you Matt!

I went to Best Buy to get help with my laptop, they said it would take greater than 1+ month to even get diagnostics and longer for turnaround. I needed my laptop back sooner than that, so they recommended checking out Bits Computer. Hands down they are the best computer repair service I've ever experienced. They are knowledgeable, understand the issues I was having almost immediately, and went above and beyond. They have earned a loyal customer! I highly recommend going to them first before going anywhere else.

Don’t bother with Best Buy. Go see Matt @ Bits Computer for your technology needs!! Bits team was slammed, but Matt managed to answer my phone call, and assist me while I was still at Best Buy! This was the third place I tried to fix my computer. Matt didn’t care about the warranty, but made it his duty to fix the problem at hand. Come to find out I only needed two fans replaced, and my Lenovo Envy Laptop of two years is working great! Thank you Matt! He was pleasant, well knowledgeable and eager to help if he can.

Took a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablet in to have a bulging battery replaced, It was so bad the screen was bowed out enough you could see inside. However, nothing was broken. Charlie and his team had the battery replaced and the screen glued back in place and everything looked and worked like brand new. The computer was available for me to pick up the very next day. The cost for the repair was very reasonable. Thanks Bits, I really appreciate you fixing my computer and saving me a lot by not having to buy a new one because otherwise there was nothing wrong with this device!

BITS COMPUTER SAVES CHRISTMAS!!!

Bought a really good-priced used motherboard/CPU combo from a reputable vendor on ebay for a budget build piece-and-part gaming setup for my daughter's Christmas present.

Christmas Eve:
Put everything together with a computer-savvy friend.
No LED.
Would not post.
Tried everything.
He advised I send the board back.

Reached out to the ebay seller who assured me the item was sent in working order but they would gladly pay for the return.

Since the build was designed around the MOBO/CPU combo, the whole gift was on hold indefinitely until I could manage to find and order replacements that were within my limited budget...

The entire situation ruined my Christmas gift.

Was pretty bummed.

Day After Christmas:
On a whim, I took the board in to Bits to make sure we weren't missing something...

After I explained the situation, Matt promptly took a look at it and, in moments, isolated the issue and rectified it (bent CPU pins).

I took it back to my computer friend and, this time, the build went flawlessly and everything ran like a charm!

I was able to give it to my daughter immediately.

Though Bits' service fee was nominal, the happiness I see on my daughter's face is absolutely priceless!

Customer care of this quality is an increasingly rare commodity.

Perhaps this is why Bits is still in business after 30 years...

While visiting our Dad in Florida his computer went out. I think we were back & fourth 4 times with questions. Charlie is very knowledgeable and helped us. He totally fixed us up and we were able to get Dad's computer back up and running before we had to fly back to Ohio.

Had a great experience today - we walked in (no appointment) Matt was very helpful, quickly isolated a laptop problem to the external power supply while we waited and sold us one for about $37. Prices were higher at other stores, and might not have worked for us because of possible compatibility problems.

This guy is amazing. I needed something I use for work all the time. I get it the timing was very inconvenient for him. He went out of he was to help me find the part I need and fix what I needed done. Will definitely be going back. Customer for life and will recommend him to everyone

Jason, the owner, was very nice. He fully explained some computer parts to me. He didn't make me feel like I was being rushed which was refreshing.

Matt did a wonderful job with a custom build and separate upgrade/hard-drive clone. Great quality of work, very fast, and very reasonable rates. I will be going back here for any issues.

Try Bits Computer instead of Geek squad!
One of my top 5 all-time greatest customer service experiences was with Charlie at Bits Computer. 3 trips to Best Buy were a complete waste of time and money. My PC wouldn't charge. Best Buy tried to "up sell" me into buying a new PC, and Geek Squad didn't want to be bothered with it because "it's too old and we can't order the parts." Yeah, right! I've had the same PC for 8 years, and it never gave me an issue until last week. Anyway, after wasting all that effort at Best Buy / Geek Squad (never again, for my time *or* my business), I took it down the road to Charlie. He took one quick look at the PC, took out the battery, and plugged it in. IT WORKED FINE. All I need is a new battery! Charlie and Bits Computer encompass the kind of mom-and-pop service that is so hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend them.

Matt was very knowledgeable and saved me a bunch of time getting the right CPU cooler installed. Highly recommended for all Pc inquiries

Very good computer store been purchasing parts and service here for years. I build my PC at home and if there's something that I can't repair this is where I go.
They recommended the components for me to build my own computer and that was 7 years ago it's still running fine and I use it everyday it almost never turns off. Some video editing and some blogging and has continued to run strong through the years. We have had 2 store bought Samsung and Toshiba laptops that have both lived out their entire lives and moved on to the recycle heap living their own full lives its shadow while my desktop computer still runs on strong. If you need something generic or something specific this has been where I've gone.

Go straight here for computer fixes instead and avoid Best Buy / Geek Squad altogether. The guys at Bits helped us as soon as we walked in the door and fixed the PC right away. Best Buy wanted us to wait 2.5 weeks and charge us hundreds of dollars for what Bits did in 30 minutes for a fraction of the price. Great experience with Bits!

They fixed my laptop quickly, and in the next couple weeks I had trouble with my laptop not relating to the original problem. The guys there took the time to figure out what was wrong and get it running properly and didn't even charge me for the following visits since they were easy fixes. I would definitely recommend them!

I was having a weird noise from my computer, I took it to Bits Computer and Matt was able to determine the cause and provide the solution. I am very grateful for the support. Good computer techs are a real treasure. 👌

Very nice. Good customer service. Fix my problem in no time. Fee is very reasonable. They have spare parts in the store. Definitely will come back if I need help.

I asked for a gaming computer. They asked me a couple of questions about cost versus features. They built it and it does as I had hoped. Fast, its fast.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a bad hard drive in my computer. Not only did they replace the hard drive they also mirrored the bad one and put all my data and programs back on exactly the way they were. I would highly recommend them.
