Great meat department. Love the weekend specials. Open promptly at 7 and are usually well stocked!

I would give 5 stars, but they really need to finish the construction to the front of the building. Customer Service is good, and availability and selection are good. I do most of my grocery shopping here. After posting my review, Winn Dixie made the required repairs shortly thereafter.

I would like to publicly thank the bakery for always making birthdays special. Dana is amazing. I would also like to thank the deli staff, especially Ms. Kim . They went above and beyond this year, filled a last minute order and cheered for my daughter for her birthday. The staff at Winn Dixie is amazing and really made her feel special.

Clean, friendly, great deli manager! Has great variety of deli meats & cheese, also a hot line. I absolutely love there fried chicken.
Seafood department has delicious, fresh salmon. Recently bought so fresh cat fish, came home cooked baked it, it was so fresh and delicious.

Never had a problem except long lines. But, sometimes you get lucky and line 1, and customer service will have shorter lines.

Great store - I usually come here whenever I’m in Chalmette. I usually go to Rouses for my groceries but it’s nice to go to Winn-Dixie sometimes for a change. The deli counter and hit food bar always have delicious options.

I also appreciate that they have self-checkout lines. I can do that quickly and easily, even the vegetables (which have to be looked up). I’ve been going to Winn-Dixie stores ever since I was a kid, and they offered Top Value Stamps - so it is nice to see them still around. This particular store is a good one with a good staff, I’ll be back here soon.

Floors were clean. There wasn't much of a line at the cashiers. And they were very friendly when I spoke to them about me looking for my phone while I was holding it.

Great shopping experience, the sales and BOGO offers make it cheaper than Walmart on alot of items. They have fresher meat, awesome produce, super helpful and friendly employees, as well as just better customer service than any Walmart. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Winn-Dixie went there fathers day they had some great sale prices. The store was clean the employees were very helpful. Didn't have to wait long in the check outs. The parking lot was well lighted at night time. Keep up the great job y'all are doing in Chalmette, La 70043.

Winn dixie is Great but the cashier's are always on the personal phones texting n having earpieces int he ear bad customer service

Great place to shop. The security guard Officer Brown does a great job. The meats and vegetables look fresh.

I love this location! It is always clean with fast and friendly service. The seafood department goes over and beyond to make sure that you are getting what you pay for. The produce department is the best in da parish! There are always lots of deals here. I save money each and every time I come!

More people need to go shopping here! This store is the cleanest and most organized store I've ever been to. Also, it is very spacious, has such a huge selection of everything, and has stuff you won't find at most stores. I don't know how to explain it, but I feel at home in this store. Plus, if you are a beer connoisseur, they have a huge selection, especially local microbrews. This place, I feel, is overlooked, and is not marketed well enough.

I grew up coming to this Winn Dixie, but it has gone through many transformations throughout the years. It is looking better than ever these days. Everything is laid out very well. It is easy to find whatever you're looking for throughout the store. There are no self checkout lanes anymore but to compensate there are always helpful cashiers ready to take care of you.

There's truly not enough words for me to express how amazing the florist at this Winn-Dixie is - she truly makes the store worth visiting and is absolutely worth 1000000 stars, but I can only rate it at 5!
