One woman behind the counter was all smiles. She greeted us immediately and helped us connect to the person we needed to get our vaccinations from. We sat comfortably for a short time and a second woman came to give us our shots. She was equally pleasant. Service could not have been better. Overall, I also liked the bright cleanliness of the store. Thanks.

Always friendly staff that are ready to help find what you need. Pharmacy closes daily from 1:30-2:00pm. ATM located inside the store

Went to CVS CHALMETTE this morning for free Covid 19 test and breezed thru smoothly w the outstanding guidance and freindly service of Sable & Danielle! Excellence. Wish more places had this level of customer service. They are the best.

Some stuff are overpriced compared to other stores but there’s a big selection. Convenient!

UPDATE: They send a text asking you to call them about a problem with the refill, so you call and wait and wait for someone to pick up. Do they even answer their calls?

Pharmacy staff does not seem to enjoy their job. Robotic like staff. Prescriptions not ready on time after being transferred from another location.

Poor communication with customer service

The staff in the pharmacy is incredibly unprofessional and rude. They would benefit from corporate coming in and training this team on how to communicate and treat customers. I had two separate negative encounters on 12.5.23 and 12.22.23. Both times, my doctor's office called to confirm the medication was in stock, and each time, when I arrived, they claimed it wasn't available. The first time, I escalated the situation to a manager, and behold, they had it in stock! Go across the street; this place is not worth the frustration.
