Arabi Self Storage Station

I have been a satisfied customer here since 2021 and am leaving a review upon vacating my unit in 2023. In 2021, when I needed a unit, I compared options/prices all around town, and this was the best deal in terms of space/cost. Accessing the unit was always a breeze and the staff was always super friendly and eager to assist, going above and beyond whenever it was needed. On the rare couple of occasions that I did need assistance, or had concerns, they did not waste any time in addressing them. Thanks, Arabi Storage, for being a great option for the past couple years when I needed you. Special shout out to Michelle, who was always a delight! And to the rest of the great office team, whose names I am sorry I do not recall in full. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience the ladies at work here made me feel welcome and helped me with all of my needs. If you need some place to pick up supplies for storage or a storage unit this is your place a number one in St Bernard Parish.

The manager, Dominique Mansion, is the absolute best! UHAUL messed up our reservation but she straightened everything out. My 80 yr old mother moved to New Orleans and we had to have the truck at the specific time and date I had reserved. Dominique worked her magic and turned what could have been a day from hell into a great day for our family!

Great customer service & super friendly staff very helpul & kind, very clean & felt safe, love the security, lots of cameras. Excellent prices for climate control, was able to go down a unit size w/ no problems whatsoever, was prorated for the unit. 💜💜💜Arabi Self Storage Station😍
