Walmart Supercenter

I was running late, and still the staff was really patient and took the time to walk through my order online and how to communicate the info they needed. Particularly Gail, Jalesa, and Cookie..reaffirmed me through my lateness, and personally took the time find my order with much grace and courtesy. Felt amazing and that energy carried me throughout my day!

First time pick up and my experience was awesome. The app was easy to follow. I had 2 manufacturers coupons that was automatically the shopping app. Same day pick up. I recommend using the app.

My husband and I made our monthly groceries at this Walmart we do have a Walmart closer to us but we really like the atmosphere at this one. The store is very clean and it is easy to get someone to help you when you need it.

Great atmosphere I go there twice a week. I know the employees names and faces. Always have lots to see and purchase

I'm disappointed with Walmart that it has turned out to be a self check out retail. It's unbelievable that individuals have to get off work at times, go get groceries etc go from aisle to aisle for items to get up there and have to check yourself out at self check out which makes u are picking every item all over again and doing a Walmart cashier job by scanning all your own items with no sort of discount is outrages to many!!! It's ridiculous that this is happening everywhere and all over!!! I feel that these jobs will have folks if they gave folks schedules they want not different shifts, morning, than evening, or closing. There are folks for every shift hire folks for the shifts they request and things will be better. You have folks who like mornings, evenings,closings and just wknd, make those shifts available just like that and watch the big difference. Walmart also goes by points when being late or absent which nowadays with life things are happening rapidly and constantly so I feel there's rules to obey on every job. Just hearing Walmart don't play and let's go immediately after certain amount of points. I use to love going to Walmart shopping now it's like prepare for long waits in the line cause I definitely been waiting everytime I've been going there does not like self check out.

They are not cleaning at all. Baskets aren't cleaned. People aren't wearing mask and it should be mandatory considering the amount of people shopping. The 6 feet protocol isn't followed. Employees are wearing mask under their noses. The self check out is always nasty. You have to ask for it to be cleaned. They NEVER clean between each person and if I figure it out I will post a pic of what the self check looks like after you asked for it to be cleaned. Cleaning at self check should happen after each person uses it are they need to have cleaning supplies available at each kiosk. Get it together Walmart! I should be able to scan and go without paying for your service.

I was surprised at how quickly I was able to get in and out considering the Christmas holidays. I love that they have several places to self check out. Nice setup

It was very busy and I asked a service person if she could open another lane and she did without hesitation.very polite person

The food here is hot & fresh!! I can never just pass it by when I'm in the area!

The lines with a cashier were kind of long but the self checkout lines were short

The holiday season is so festive when you go walmart. Very inviting when your shopping.

Very good store but the Slidell Walmart is better than Covington

Found all we needed. Got a little lost in a store new to us, but we got all we wanted to. Unfortunately we had to wait in line as they only had 1 assisted help register open. There was even a line for the self-check.

Well stocked. Neat. Good staff. Quick check out. Nice produce and meat. Inflation price increases very noticeable now but still some great bargains, especially gift items.[Something was a miss on 2/4 and 2/5. Extremely long lines had customers very irritated. That is not normal]

I mean it's WalMart, we all have a love/hate relationship with them but I can certainly say the staff is friendly and helpful but the store is clean and we'll organized.

My only real complaint is there always seems to be a line for the self checkout and there never seem to be enough traditional checkout lines open. They should really consider another self checkout bay.

The food is always amazing, and even tho service can seem a bit rough, it is always friendly when I visit. I don't usually do breakfast, but Slim's is definitely the spot to make an exception. Love the Greek omlette...and wish the banana pancakes were still allowed on my diet. :)

Cashier was very nice and patient. Also the deli worker was very helpful in her department

Always neat and clean. The cashier was very nice and she had a beautiful smile when she thanked for shopping there. The store greeter was also friendly.
