From the disastrous beginning, water spraying everywhere, to the clean ending, All About Plumbing was very professional, courteous, on time and not too pushy. I want to give a special shout out to Thomas Rains, the senior technician who provided our service. He was exceptional. He walked us through all of our options, explained everything thoroughly, and answered all questions truthfully. He was very respectful of the decisions we had to make and of our property. As the old adage says, “you get what you pay for“ – we could’ve paid less and we would’ve gotten a lot less. I will not use another plumbing service for this house again.

I’ve used this company multiple times now for a variety of things from well pump replacements, water filter installation for the whole house, and replacing a frozen over hose faucet and every time they provide excellent customer service. They almost always show up in the same day and get the job done right every time. They are a little bit pricier than the competition but for the peace of mind they provide to you by knowing the job is always done right the first time, it’s worth it! They stand by all their work with warranty’s and have great customer service. I highly recommend this company!

This is the second time I used All About Plumbing when I had a Plumbing emergency. Both times the technicians were very knowledgeable and my issues got resolved. They are very reasonably priced as well. This past time I needed all new sewage lines. They had all the equipment to get the job done. Just returning home from vacation we discovered our potties were not flushing! I hit the panic button. This plumber is a 24/7 one and came by, even though we are not regular customers. I plan to become a regular customer. The plumber was excellent. Real nice guy and knows his stuff. AND was right about all he said.

All About Plumbing is a great company and totally saved my day today! They sent a plumber within a couple of hours, which is remarkable. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and Terry, who fixed my problem, knew exactly how to handle it-no muss no fuss. This eased my mind significantly! I highly recommend these people and plan to use them again!

Kyle was awesome. I called at 2 on Monday came out the same day. He had the water working enough to get us by until he came back to replace the needed parts. Did it cost more than I wanted? Doesn't everything? Overall, I feel the cost was reasonable and service great.

We had a surprise malfunction and leak in our gas water heater. All About Plumbing had a plumber on the scene (Michael) in about 40 minutes. Michael is clearly an excellent plumber. He also communicates very clearly so that we understood what he was proposing as a fix. Well, his fix worked and we were up and running within two hours. Also, the pricing seemed fair. All About Plumbing is an excellent company and Michael is an excellent and trustworthy professional. We have them on speed dial!

Great experience from the start. My initial call of inquiry was answered promptly AND I was instructed that a technician would come by later the same day to repair a sink that I tried, unsuccessfully, to repair. I received a follow up call to inform that a technician was on his way. Soon after, Ben arrived, replaced parts as needed from stock he had in his truck, and all for a reasonable price. All About Plumbing is a home run.

I always appreciate the quick, timely response and exceptional work. Called in an issue in the morning and the job was finished by early afternoon. Greg was professional, explained everything and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Ben from APP arrived 25 minutes after giving us a heads up- right on time. We had a difficult time finding the leak which gave us time to discuss other problems which Ben attended to matter of factly before he left; he came well prepared. He was quite frank about how charges were assessed which I think are pretty reasonably average considering the quality and timeliness of service. The leak was found and fixed, and Ben gave me some tips on next steps, like insurance. Heartily recommended.

Jason was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He had a suggestion regarding how to improve our filtration system and installed it the same day. He also explained how it works and did a video on changing the filter. All About Plumbing is expensive but I've found them to be reliable and high quality. You get what you pay for!

Michael, Brandon and the others on the All About Plumbing Crew were professional in every way as well as being very personable and friendly folks. They explained the work and costs before starting and as the work progressed. They were there when they said they would be and actually finished ahead of time. The work area was cleaned each day and a final cleanup when they finished. Overall the best contracting experience I’ve had, and I’ve had several over the years!

Best plumbing service in the area. All About plumbing did a great job on several recent plumbing jobs for my house including a whole house re-plumb. They were on time, available to do the work quickly and the price was reasonable.

This is an honest company who does the work requested at the agreed upon price. Their worker was on time, worked quickly and did a great job. They were able to take care of my septic pumping next day. Everyone I spoke with was polite, and straightforward. I will use them again and I would recommend their service.

Jesse was great and very patient with the problem. I had bought the wrong item at HD and he had trouble finding the right part to fit ------ had to try twice at Ferguson but finally, and unbelievably, got the right part. It is old and was afraid not available any longer. But thanks to his perseverance, it all worked out and have had no problem. Thank you Jesse you are terrific!

We called on Sunday morning to request service. We received a call back in the afternoon and were able to get an appointment the following day. Not bad. I'm ready impressed.

Mike, showed up on time. He was polite and professional and was able to diagnose the issue right away.

Later that evening a crew of trucks was at our house to fix our issue. They worked until the wee hours of the night.
