The BEST experience I've ever had when shopping for...well....anything! The staff was very professional and helpful! We were in a bind to find a dryer quickly. Brad was who helped us find the perfect dryer for us! He was very patient with us and helped us find exactly what we needed and we got it the same night we bought it! I very highly recommend the store and Brad as well as the owner! Check them out!

The staff is very knowledgeable, and the new high-end appliance area is set up beautifully! Makes it very easy to find the best products for your home.

I had a great experience from the initial purchase all the way down to the delivery guys,Reed and Jason, installing my new fridge in a very tight area. More importantly though, I had an issue with the ice maker after the sale and called regarding this issue. It was resolved with easily with one phone call. They were there for me when I had an after the sale which is the best customer service you can have. Will be a repeat customer

Purchased three new appliances. Got a great deal. Installers arrived on time and knew what they were doing. Had a couple of unforeseen issues that were handled promptly and professionally.

In September 2021 we ordered a refrigerator from a big box store (*coughlowescough*). They told us it would be about 6-8 weeks for delivery. Fast forward to the end of February 2022, they call to let us know the model we ordered is no longer being produced, but they could get the newer version to us sometime in June. We canceled the order right then, and went to Sam's the very next afternoon. Everyone there was extremely kind and helpful! Within 30 minutes we had the same refrigerator purchased and a delivery time for 3 days later set up! We greatly appreciated everything and are very happy with our purchase.

I went here for a mattress because it was locally owned. I was able to get a mattress that was made locally. It was delivered on time and is very comfortable. I have been sleeping on the mattress for about a week so far and love it. I would recommend this company and know you will get a great experience.

I'm glad I stopped in here and ended up purchasing from them! I was certain I had found the best price I was going to get for a wall oven, but I was pleasantly surprised when I found exactly what I wanted (if not better) for way under what I almost paid from one of their competitors. Jeremy was who I worked with mostly and he is incredibly knowledgeable and informative. Everyone I encountered here was willing and able to help and friendly! They have gained my business for any of our appliance needs! First of all when we bought our new washer, their prices were great, but their employees were the best. Competent, and very helpful.
So 3 years later we have trouble with the latch on our washer. And I couldn't track down the receipt. I called, and I wish I knew the name of who I talked to...they were great! So helpful and looked up our warranty. The repair man was here the next day, and the part was ordered. I expressed the need for our washer...we have 5 young kids, so going to a laundry mat would be torture, and laundry piles quickly here. He called on Saturday (his day off) and came and fixed our washer!! I couldn't have been more impressed with how they think of their customers!!
If you are looking for people that actually know what they are talking about, and are willing to help through the whole life of your appliance...THIS is the place to go! They have definitely gained lifelong customers here.

By far the best place in town with the best service. We were let down at the outlet store and found the Ashley stores overwhelming with their sales approach. We had heard amazing things about Sam's best brands so we decided to stop by. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and immediately listened to, rather than sold. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Knew exactly what I wanted and did not try to high pressure me into anything more expensive. Took plenty of time to answer my questions and explain how the induction cooktop worked. Very satisfied and excited to start cooking. Thanks Jeremy.
