Pantera's Pizza

Always loved Pantera's. Forgot there was one in Edwardsville until I happened to pass it, decided to stop and grab a mini pizza. So delicious and the server was very nice. Loved the vintage arcade game in the corner.

I have been going here for many years, I met my husband over fifty years ago . We love the food and the service is always great. We love pizza hut too.

We did the lunch buffet. It was very good, and reasinably priced. They had a great salad buffet, that came with the pizza buffet.

They continued to bring out fresh food all the way up until the end, when they closed out the buffet. I was imoressed by this, because most places do not do this. Most places just leave out what they have, and you have to scavage from that.

I did notice that they had alot of carry out orders during this time too...so that may have helped with them making constant fresh pizzas as well. Plus, they had a decent crowd in there the whole time too.

Overall, this was one of the best pizza buffets I have been to in a long time. We will definitely be going back!!

This place hasn't really changed in 38 years. For some, that can be good, or bad. This was a pleasant and good experience. The "Hunk" was everything I remembered it to be. Double sauce, double toppings, n Double the melty cheesiness. A large is ONLY 5 pounds of deliciousness. Salad bar, n self served drinks, while listening to tunes from a juke box. The arcade seemed smaller, with fewer games, but games were still offered. Good service with a smile. And they still offer a pizza buffet several times throughout the week. Definitely worth your money.

Cheap price for really decent pizza!! I like the green pepper and ham pan pizza best.

The reason I put 5 stars is so my comment would show but I do not recommend this place the food was disgusting they gave us “buffalo chicken” it was all just fat on the bone those were some box wings my insides were burning the pizza was stiff as heck and the cheese is old it was was lettuce on our tray with our pizza like that just put our pizza on a dirty tray so not come to that trifling restaurant

I just love this place so much we know longer have it in fairview heights IL so we have to go to Glen carbon and it's worth it

The food and service were great!

Everything was excellent! All the vegetables on the salad bar were fresh. The pizza was one of the best I have had! Workers were friendly and courteous.

Great pizza, lightning fast service even on a busy Friday night, and a warm cozy atmosphere. This place has been a staple of Edwardsville for decades for a good reason.

Loved the stained glass light fixtures over the booth seating, just wish they had the clear soft light bulbs instead of the new bright white florescent light bulbs.... Kinda takes away from the old style way of Panteras the way I remember it....

I really don't know how to describe this place to others. The pizza buffet is great. The pizza is pretty normal pizza buffet fare, i do really really love the taco pizza.

But for me what makes me give this place 5 stars is the atmosphere. It makes me feel like I'm at a sports season ending party, straight from the 80s when i was a kid. It just feels right. There are families of all sizes and ages enjoying themselves. No tables of people with their face in their phone, but families interacting.

I make sure to come in every chance i get because i don't live locally.

Take the family here and enjoy yourself!!!

This pizza brought back memories when there was one in my hometown around 30 years ago. I sure have missed it. I'm so glad that this Panteras is still around. The pizza was really good. I got the thin crust, and was cooked thoroughly. It was warm. I would definitely go back to get more pizza.

Controlled the Juke Box from my iPhone iTunes library ( Veta Gran, Smashing Pumpkins-yeah!) .....I had the mini pizza 🍕and salad 🥗 bar. My pizza was very very chunky with a great tomato paste flavor beneath. Jack, my server was wonderful....I apologize for posting a post eaten table, but I sincerely forgot to snap a pic after I took a bite. 😋Thanks.

Excellent pizza! Great wings (get them well done!)! Fast service! Great family place, with pudding and fruit served in the salad bar (which I could appreciate for providing options to my toddler). Good stuff!

Always nice and clean, and the girls that work the front are very friendly

The pizza there was delightful, well cooked and crust was firm so not to much trouble with grease oversaturation staff was cheerful and pleasant and a very nice open dining area

Since Paanteras left St Louis I've craved it for decades. We go to Collinsville and it's the same pizza & ATMOSPHERE. I LOVE IT! Going tomorrow. Great memories for a single mom feeding three girls.

Got the Hulk pizza and spicy wings togo. The Bf's favorite pizza spot atm
