Zach was great! He explained everything and answered all my questions. Did great work def recommend. He installed a new sump pump plus a new water heater.

Had a gas leak in my home that I just bought (as is) 2 months ago. Was looking for someone who could do the work needed and the reviews are what attracted me to Morrison and let me just say that the staff from the operators all the way down to the technician/plumbers were very courteous and professional. They installed new gas piping and a new water heater for my home. The work was fast and efficient. I loved that they were more than willing to answer any and all questions. 10/10 for sure.

Awesome service! The help I received from Sarah Wiley was amazing, she was truly instrumental in helping me get the equipment I needed to upgrade my system! Marc and Kyle came out 2 days later and did a beautiful install on a new air handler, heat pump and back up heat kit. They were quick and know their way around the equipment. Super happy with my install and their professional work ethic. Cleaned up and hauled everything away, great guys!

James was very courteous and friendly and explained the service he was going to provide! I had questions about adding a digital thermostat and provided me options. After completing the service call, he explained what had been done and answered my questions. Very satisfied with his workmanship.

Chris was very kind and personable. I appreciated his expertise and how thorough he was in figuring out what was going on with our furnace.
Our furnace and AC needed to be replaced and Chris was about to get someone out within an hour to talk about options. Dakota thoroughly walked us through every step of the process, explaining what our current system provided and investigating our house's needs to provide options to match those needs. When making a decision we felt no pressure when deciding which option best suited our needs.

Overall a very pleasant experience that felt friendly, thorough, and professional.

The team arrived on time. They did a fantastic job restructuring the plumbing down stares to accommodate a water softener and reverse osmosis system as wall as converting my sink plumbing to change from a two sink to a single sink configuration as wall as installing my new faucets snd RO faucet

We are Morrison members because we just love the company. Every single person that works for them is 10/10. After a check up on our furnace, they noticed a crack that could lead to a possible carbon monoxide leak. Without hesitation they got us set up with a representative to talk about replacement options because it was already 25 years old. They were available to do it within a couple days but when they had a cancellation they called us to move up the day! Incredible customer service! The technicians were clean, quick, very polite, and informative. They tidied up after themselves and made sure I was up to date before leaving. They were absolutely amazing!

Amazing service! Very informative and not pushy with product. Talked about each step and what his results showed. He gave ideas to extend my furnace life, and what I need to look for in the future. I'm very pleased with the service provided.

Called Morrison when we had no hot water coming from our sinks.
They were able to set up an appointment ASAP. The lady on the phone was very assuring and helped up get someone out very quickly.
The gentleman who came to look at our pipes was very knowledgeable and got our issue fixed within the hour! I couldn't recommend them enough

Dominic and Shane worked so efficiently they got done within the estimated time. New equipment looks and works so nice. Clean up was impeccable. The components of both the furnace and a/c were shown and explained to me. I was taught how to use the thermostat. Could not have had better men installing my system. Thank you!

Spencer was great! I was lucky enough to get same day service about 2 hours after I called for tech support in regard's to my furnace not having power. He came out and found the issue and was able to get me up and running within the hour! I couldn’t be happier!

We hired Morrison to completely remodel our master bathroom and have absolutely NO regrets. This was a big job that required relocating / adding plumbing, electrical, framing and tile work. After having numerous contractors come out to assess and provide a bid, Morrison gave us the confidence that they had the entire skill set to complete the job. Zach was a pleasure to work with and not only communicated with us throughout the entire process but also gave us some very good design advice. There came a point where we were not happy at all with the tiling work (by a third party contractor), but Morrison reassured us that the job would be completed with the highest quality. This required stripping and redoing a majority of the tiling work which set us back, but in the end, Morrison stood by their word and made it right for us. We are absolutely thrilled by our bathroom transformation, and they made that happen for us. It's not every day that you discover a contractor that you can absolutely trust and for that, they have earned a lifelong customer. We have since had their techs service our A/C system as well. Each and every employee is respectful of our home (they wear shoe covers before entering which I really appreciate), professional, courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to explain every step of the process and answer any of my questions. Even the ladies that work in the office are an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend Morrison Plumbing, Heating and Air to anybody that asks!

Perfect service! The guys were very professional and I couldn’t be happier! Going to call to have you redo the kitchen when we remodel that area.

Morrison has a great team. They are all friendly and the workmanship is 5 star. Highly recommend them. And they was very mindful of the dogs making sure they didn’t get out.

Completely satisfied with the whole operation, company was very responsive & helpful. Technicians were very friendly & speedy! Replaced a new water heater in less than an hour , allowed me to understand problems & procedure. Felt very comfortable & confident once choosing this company!
