Kohl's

Grateful that Edwardsville has a clothing store like Kohls. I can easily go in and find decent clothes quickly. The associate that checked me out, Savannah, was so gracious and helpful, I wish we had more like her. God bless her!!

The Edwardsville IL Kohl's store was exemplary tonight. I pleasant young man helped me find the Big and Tall area and asked if I would prefer he helped me in Spanish, which I did. He was so polite, pleasant, and helpful. And, his Spanish was excellent, although he was not a native speaker. I really appreciated the extra thoughtfulness. Plus, the cashier was extremely helpful. My cellphone battery was running low so she made sure she found the best coupon on my Kohl's app as soon as possible. I had a 20% coupon I wanted to use, but she asked if she could try finding a better coupon for me to use in my app. And, she did, and it was for 30% off! And, when I was only a few dollars short of $50 on my bill to qualify for $10 in Kohl's cash back, she suggested that I could by her favorite Godiva candy bar to get me to $50. Her name is Mae, and she even told me that I had $10 in Kohl's rewards coming next month so far and that I could use my 30% coupon 9 more times! Moreover, her disposition was so friendly and her smile was very genuine. I must say that Kohl's gave me one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I've had in a very long time.

Kohl’s employees are always very friendly and helpful. They make the time to assist in whatever you are looking for. I didn’t pick up my items by order date because my son got married, and Stephanie tracked down my order and was able to get it to me. She was so patient with me! Thanks so kindly Stephanie!!

Charles Ellis is the only reason I continue to come to the Edwardsville Kohls. He always greets you when you come in the store, if not busy with other customers. He is friendly, professional, knowledeable and treats customers with respect.

I love going to this location it is always clean. The workers are always nice. The cashier Charlie is the greatest always very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful, kind and very friendly people. They greet you with a big smile as you enter. The sale person's at check out, makes you feel like part of the Kohl's family with much delightfulness. Kohl's has great sales with coupons discounts. Just a wonderful blessing!

The self checkout attendant was so kind and helpful! I wish I caught her name. It was wonderful to have such friendly assistance.

Michelle Markel Thank you for responding to my recent Email. I am certainly pleased with every aspect of Kohls. I shop there frequently! My only complaint is the choices of petites. I would prefer shopping when I able to see what I’m buying I remixed I can shop on line however I’m never sure about quality! Again I will continue to shop for other articles. I bought 2 jeans here under $60 dollars and with the 20% deal I ended up spending 52 dollars which in today's world isn't that bad.

Friendly staff and management, clean store. Bring some shopping bags if you want to avoid the .10 cent fee. I left the store with $600 in clothing in my arms.
