This is the best place to go if you use Cricket wireless for your phone service. The customer service reps are very helpful and good. They told me about a program that exists. So I checked into it and qualified for the program. I'm so thankful the rep to me about this cause it's saving me a little bit of money on my cell bill. I would just like to tell the manager or supervisor of this establishment what an amazing experience I had working with Von last night!!
I came in around 5pm and needed 5 new phones as well as new lines with # port in’s. I was switching from Sprint (we all know how difficult they can be) however Von was so patient with all of my questions and needs. Not only that, but this was probably the best and quickest cell phone experience I have ever had!! Kudos to Von and your store. I am glad to be a Cricket customer!!

Was just in the Glen Carbon Cricket Wireless store this morning, and to be quite honest I was blown away. The store is clean, crisp, fresh and spacious. The customer service is unbelievable! They were knowledgeable and helpful, and I have to say, relative to other wireless service stores in the surrounding area, they are hands down THE best! Most other stores have 40 minute wait times at minimum along with crappy, snarky, and just plain rude customer service representatives. This shop is 5 stars all the way; you will not be disappointed.
