We have a 2016 F250 that had the Exhaust System Fault Code get thrown on a trip. Ended up driving straight to dealership and truck derated about 3 miles away. Left keys in night drop and emailed my service manager, Jennifer and told her I needed it in 5 days to make another long trip. Jennifer and her team that work on the SDs was able to determine the issue and get it fixed in a day. This happend but just a week before we blew a line off the turbo and had to have service as well. I can't say enough about how pleased I am to work with Jennifer and her staff. She is always kind, listens to concerns and will even communicate via email to get quotes and schedule appointments when you know you have a busy day.

I recently went to Jack Schmitt Ford to look at a 2015 F150 and a young salesman named Alexander Godley went above and beyond to help me, he was a gentleman and very respectful. Never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable and was always making sure that all my questions were answered and made sure that I was kept apprised of every step of the sale. Shopped online at Jack Schmitt's Ford in Collinsville, Il. because of their reputation in the Metro-East. We ran across a 2019 Jeep Compass for our Son w/ a Gr8 price & LOW miles (32k). Alex Branum, Nick Karateew & Corey Harbison were Fantastic to deal with! Extremely polite & professional staff. We financed "in-house" & the APR was affordable w/ a local Credit Union.
