Shoe Carnival

Chelsea and Megan were really personable. They knew where everything was and helped me put my insoles into my shoes...I will be returning in the future to get my next pair of shoes because of there great customer service! Thanks for the great service!

Bought a beautiful pair of DeWalt work boots and a pair of Deer Stags dress shoes for $135 with tax.

Meagan is the best! So patient and nice with my 2 girls. We were back to school shoe shopping today. I thought all 3 of us would be leaving in tears today. Shoe shopping isn't always easy for my girls. Then, up walked Meagan. She was so sweet and helpful. I think we must have tried on at least a dozen different pairs of shoes. She was so patient and just wonderful to deal with. We will definitely be back to see her again. What an outstanding job!

We always go to shoe carnival. Employees are great, very friendly, helpful, and very kind. I’ve always found shoes for my grandsons here. Great buys! We usually always look at the clearance sales first and 9 times out of 10 are able to find the boys shoes in that section that the boys like and fit too. No other store ever has that. Didn't have my size shoes in store. The employee ordered yesterday. Got delivered to my home today. Excellent service. Bought many shoes at the Edwardsville Store. Always pleased with the employees, service, store layout, and my purchases.👍😁

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They have good prices for the shoes and they also are willing to go the extra mile when need be for their customers. The store is always clean and well stocked. I would recommend this store to other people

It was a very nice experience today when I went to Shoe Carnival. The person behind the counter was very nice. The process was quick and easy. Got what I wanted without any hassle.

They had my shoes but not in my sizes ,but they oder them and they was delivered in three days.

I needed a new pair of shoes since I haven't had a new pair for two years. I have a large wide foot. I wanted slip ons as well. I found just what I was looking for. Very sturdy!

Staff is very friendly and are willing to help you. Had an issue once, but it wasn't their fault. Computer wasn't working and there was no one else to help cash out for a while.

Great service and very friendly staff. A lot of places only care about their online sales but this is one of the few places that still care about customer service.

The selection of mens sneakers/basketball shoes was great as well as the wide range of sizes, even right before school started. I was also met with friendliness from the cashier, which is becoming rare these days.

Great Prices became a perks member so now I can save ! My grandchildren found what they like! Their ages are 6-17.☺
