Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Had a great experience here eating with my mother. I had the chicken and dumplings or mashed potatoes and fried okra and she had chicken strips with a couple sides I can't recall. When we were stuffed, we asked for take home boxes and they had really nice ones. Will definitely be coming back. And the food was great. 😀

Have not been to a cracker barrel in a while, butt definitely was not disappointed. Food and service was awsome.

Just HAVE to give props to the manager (at least I think he was the manager) on 1/6 at 830pm. I ordered a chicken pot pie for curbside pickup, and the manager came out to tell me that the pot pie is not supposed to be available anymore but that he made me one anyway. He said I would have to wait about 10 more minutes for it to finish baking, which I said was fine, but he also offered me a free piece of cake for having to wait. The food was still piping hot when I got back to my hotel, and it was delicious to boot. INCREDIBLE customer service.

I would like to let cracker barrel know about the exceptional service from our waiter Joey W.. He was kind, patient, caring and I saw him consoling and older women who was sitting by herself. He seemed to be listening very closely and put his hand on her shoulder to comfort her. He was a young gentleman and he his service is top notch! We were ordering our food and it’s was like he was a friend we have never met! The cashier was also excellent! In a world where good service is hard to find this kid was a breath of fresh air! He worked in first section when you enter the eating area.

The service and food was wonderful!! The table next to us was an elderly couple, the staff all came and visited with them and the couple told them they would be alone for Thanksgiving, after that several employees invited them to spend Thanksgiving with their families. This act of kindness by the Cracker Barrel staff touched my heart!! If you are ever in this area, this is the place to stop!!! We'll done!!!

Cracker Barrel delivers most of the time for me. It was a great experience. I just think that three servers that I observed could have done a better job of pre-bussing, and at least 2 others all kept walking past a table advertisement that had fallen on the floor. It was there when I sat down, and was still there when I left the table.

My experience at Cracker Barrel on Fomosa Rd. in Troy is always good. I frequently get take out for lunch and the food is delicious, cooked just right and at a reasonable cost. Judy and the other cashiers are wonderful, always pleasant and willing to go out of their way to help if I need anything extra. A++

I love Cracker Barrel. I love the taste of home cooked food like I grew up on and they deliver. Being a rewards member brings lots of perks!

Food is fantastic!!! Absolutely love the shopping. I can always find something or a few somethings 😆 to purchase in the store. Super cute and nice items for sell and reasonable prices. Some items little expensive, but I always find something I want and reasonably priced.

The food was delicious and our waitress was fantastic. I can't recommend a better comfort food restaurant

We had a very good meal. I normally go to the Caseyville location. This experience was much better. Hot and fresh food served quickly.

Food was solid, hot, and fresh. French toast was ever so slightly burnt, but everything else was fantastic. Amazing service from the waiter and food was out quick and hot. Atmosphere is always a 10/10 with Cracker Barrel, that never let me down. All in all, I can't wait to come back.

Sister-in-law never ate at a Cracker Barrel before....so we took her there for breakfast.
She was very pleased with the menu and the quality and quantity of her selection.
I was disappointed that they do not have a military discount 🤔

Sometimes it's a step back in time to go to this place. I love seeing all the stuff from my grandma's days. I bought this clock for myself because it's so unique! Cracker barrel is also a great place to buy gifts for other people.

What a great staff and food at this location. Kudos to Maverick. He didn't wait on me this morning but he has been my waiter a couple of times...dynamite young waiter. Many thanks to all!!

We had a large party of nine and the place was very crowded. They assigned two waitresses to our group . Food was excellent .

Our server, Michaela, was absolutely wonderful! She was cheerful and efficient.

Nice location, nice workers, well maintained and friendly, menu is good and delicious, fairly priced, no wonder they're always busy
