Clean an friendly and honest.
Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. KP went above and beyond. I noticed 2 days later that i forgot my Apple watch in the room. KP checked on it and called me back. It was turned in by the housekeeper. KP also went to FedEx to mail the watch including charger to me. I definitely will be back and recommend staying there. Other than the dirty floors, blood stained walls, flies and the maggot nest, in the vent this place is amazing! My dog took a huge dump on the bed and nobody even noticed!!! I can’t believe they didn’t charge me a cleaning fee! Also, the guy Anthony who stands outside and smokes cigarettes has that welcoming grandfather attitude… aside from following me to my room and trying to break in when I wouldn’t give him any of my meth!

My stay here was wonderful after a long drive! I even got some lotion from the front desk since I forgot mine. I feel very refreshed after sleeping in the comfortable bed and the warm shower. Before I got there my room was very neat and orderly. The housekeepers were very polite and kind as well. Thank you Motel 6!

I had booked here before and the first time, I said " I'll never go back" because it didn't have things we were accustomed to like mini fridge and microwave, coffee pot in room but then I thought for the price it was still a great place and so we have stayed there now 5 times within the last 6 months and each time was for trips to St Louis for surgery. This past weekend, we took our children ages 2 & 4 and booked a double room and went swimming and this room was just as pleasant as the king room. Maintenance was working right outside our door upon entering so we swam for a bit and within 20 minutes they were done. Staff is very friendly, place is well kept and its conveniently located. the only thing I'd change is I'm a non smoker and so when I arrived there was a gentleman sitting outside blowing smoke and I wished smoking would be further away from the main entrance. Other than that, we will use this hotel again ❤

We stopped here on a road trip just to get some sleep. I selected it because they allow pets and I was traveling with a cat, and I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't an additional pet fee. The man working the desk that night was VERY friendly and helpful. Room was pretty clean, odorless, up to date, and I slept well!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. This is the cleanest Motel 6 I've ever stayed at. Nice clean outside pool. Nice laundry facilities. A few restaurants and a convenience store withing walking distance.
Now let me tell you about my stay. I was greeted as soon. as I walked in the door. I had booked my room on line and for some reason I was in a single bed handicap accessible room. Traveling with two little ones I really needed two beds. Even though I said I'd take the room, she quickly changed it for me, we all slept very comfortably. I checked out and went to breakfast with my family then noticed I'd forgotten my watch. I called back and they looked for it. When they couldn't find it I panicked, they kindly allowed me to come back to see if I could find it and I did. We usually travel to St. Louis multiple times during baseball season. We normally stay closer to the stadium but from now on Motel 6 Caseyville will be our go to thanks to Lashanda and the rest of the kind staff. They made my trip very enjoyable.

Property was in excellent condition. It was bright and cheery. Staff was so helpful with my disabled husband. The maintenance man helped me with all my lifts and luggage.The room was clean, and easy to transfer my husband from the wheelchair to the bed with access under the beds in accessible rooms. I stay here whenever I travel through st. Louis. I only wish the Dalton Georgia property was in half the shape of this one. You need to close that property. Drugs, filth, rude people, and disgusting rooms.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay at Motel 6. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and neat. The location was also very convenient. Chrissy and Alex the front desk attendants went out of their way to help us and answer any questions we had. Concetta the manager was also very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be recommending the Caseyville location to all of our friends and relatives. We look forward to future visits there. In closing I would like to say that I have been to some of the most expensive 5 star hotels in the U.S. and this motel definitely fares well in comparison.

Family. Everything was so clean and the beds were perfectly washed and tucked very neatly. Front Desk was awesome. Gave me extra blankets. There is not enough kind words for everyone I encountered including the manager. Kudos!! By the way I will be back!

My son and I loved it. We loved the pool, the hot morning drinks (hot apple cider and coffee), and the nice staff. As well, we loved the look of the bathroom, which appeared brand new, spacious and beautiful. Also, the fact that the doors were on the inside of the building together with the wi-fi and pool made the experience seem more like a hotel than a motel. I highly recommend it.

I booked the reservation with the expectation of a clean, functional room with a cable-ready television and that is what I got! Plus a modern design with chic wooden floors and a round shower design with a clever curtain rail. Thank You! The friendly person at the counter was a bonus after a long day, too. :-)

I have been stay here for 3 nights.
It was a great experience to me . Front desk guy was helpfull. room was nice & clean . The outdoor pool was awesome. Housekeeping staff cleaned my room everyday. All those service in $55 . Not bad !

Tony was phenomenal. He assisted me with anything that I needed and went above and beyond. Great attitude and manners. Will definitely stay here again.

I was so completely satisfied. The two ladies at the front desk were absolutely fantastic. It.was eclipse day and everyone e was booked. I was driving thru to see family and wasn't sure how far I would get but I figured Sunday night no problem...most people travel beinging of weekend and are home by them. I had stopped at several .motels and found out all booked due to eclipse day on Monday. I do find one smoking room at a super 8I. And they were wanting $120 for it. No way not.for super 8 and smoking room. Yuck. I drove to next exit...found motel 6...I had stopped.atay with your chain due to several bad stays-- dirty, nasty, broken, bugs. I was at a stand still...outside looked clean and orderly. Walked I. Smell clean and was staff was supper busy. But so polite and efficient. They took care of three ahead of me I listened--impressed. I asked for p/a on room. Was told did not.have any rooms left. I thanked them. The mgr said hold a minute let.me check something else. She said I have one room that is I. Maintenance status but ready I would only not have key. She would have to let me in if I went in and out. I had been driving 14 hrs. Needed a shower and sleep. She even gave me a discount for inconvenience.i was leary office room From past experience. The room was beautiful, clean smelled.fresh, looked well maintained crisp and clean!!! I just can't say enough about how pleased I was!!! They mgr even brought me and extra blanket when I called because I couldn't leave room. The only thing g I was disappointed in was no micro wave or fridge in rooms and no breakfast.like most motels these days. I am a small mom And pop motel owner. So it is hard to be as satisfied as I was. My gosh bed was comfortable and the shower was large clean and lois of hot water. I could go on and on. Great job. I will try out a few more motel 6's when traveling. Best western plus was my motel of choice before. Due to great service, clean rooms, variety In. Breakfast. Priced.in med range. Y'all are in the running again. Thank you.

This hotel is a great location, price, professional and friendly staff, very clean lobby and rooms. It was very relaxing. Staff very helpful and greeted me and helped me quickly. I was impressed. Felt safe there. Lobby looked great, very warm, cleaned, cheery. Sandy and Carlotta were helpful and friendly, professional.

Clean, modern motel. Good price and excellent service. I left my drivers license at desk when checking in. I managed to ignore several attempts by staff to notify me before I departed! A day later I discovered what I had done..notified the motel and all staff worked tirelessly to get my license sent to me in Oregon...at another motel 6! Anthony/Dawn/Sandy were extremely helpful and diligent. I can't imagine any staff at any motel (regardless of chain!) being more kind and attentive of my problem!!!

I love that they accept pets. I enjoyed my vacation and I could see the Arch in St Louis from my window. Driving 12 hours from Virginia I arrived early and my room was ready!! It was a great adventure and my room was nice and clean. If I visit again I would stay here :)

I frequently stay at this location and everybody on the staff that I've encountered are very friendly and efficient. Always booked online and paid at the hotel. Rooms have always been clean even the smoking rooms don't smell like smoke when I book one.

The room was comfortable and quiet. They have recently remodeled, and everything was beautiful. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. We'll definitely stay there again!
