Slumberland Furniture

After looking several stores, went to Slumberland. Met with Rod Nash who was very knowledgeable about the product brands. He listened to my wish list and showed me several items that fit my list. He was the reason I made my purchase. He was the best sales assoc I have encountered in Springfield in a very long time!

Nathan was Great!!! He was top shelf! He knew everything there was to know about every mattress. Best sales person we have EVER talked to!

We went to Slumberland to look for a replacement adjustable bed frame. Our salesman, Dallas, was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful. He’s a very good salesman. We walked out after paying for the bed, the whole process took less than half an hour.

Chris Gibbs was very knowledgeable about the mattress I was interested in buying. He gave me all the information I needed, and I made a decision very quickly, and was very happy. He is very personable.

Worked with Chris to purchase a loveseat and chair for my mother. He was very helpful in directing us within our budget and time frame.

The young man Dallas was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure us, he just answered a questions that we had. The store looked clean and organized.

Very quick and efficient process. Walked in, asked for the President’s Day deal and was directed to the couch and chair that I ultimately purchased. Was in and out within 30 minutes.

Great customer service at Springfield store! He was very polite and patient as we reviewed what I was looking for over the phone. My item was not readily available 3 weeks out. But the service outweighed the shipping .

Decatur store did not even look anything up just said” we don’t have that “ never even offered to help a big 0 stars for them!!!!

Our experience with Rebecca, the Assistant Manager, was pleasant and stress-free. She was a wealth of knowledge, which was good for us because it had been years since we had purchased a new bed. Lots of options on the market, but she listened to all our needs and we found the perfect bed. Rebecca was wonderful to work with, she has a great personality, is not pushy, and really listens to what you want. We had been dreading to go shopping, but she made it very enjoyable.
