The owner Jack was very helpful and works to solve any issue that arises. I was mailing an item to Canada and there was a program issue he could not figure out. It took a little time, but he never gave up even when it was beyond frustrating and was very polite and apologetic to me. I highly recommend the store and thank you again Jack for helping me mail my item.

The lines get long sometimes but they move everyone really quick and professional. Over countless returns I've never had a bad experience here! If you know what your doing.

The women working at the UPS store in Meijer were rocking it! When I saw the line for returns, I thought it would take a while, but I was in and out in 5 minutes!

Read negative reviews before I went but it was the only one in town. When I went there, the line was long but moving fast. 5PM!!
The women working there were nice to me and seemed to be nice to everyone else. Got in and out fast without an issue with 2 amazon returns.

Was so happy to be here today! Yesterday I tried to no avail, shipping packages 📦 from Jacksonville, IL. So came here to return my Amazon return, which was conveniently located inside Meijer. Unfortunately regarding the Mercari package, I had to pay for the box which was contrary to what I expected. The Amazon return was no fee for packaging. Overall this experience was easy peasy.😜

This place is amazing! Jack has a great team of employees here! Everyone is so pleasant and goes above and beyond for their customers! We have had a mailbox here for about 6 months and we are definitely going to miss seeing everyone!

Bought items from a local auction they pack/ship for and am very happy with everything. They're friendly on the phone despite always being busy and the packing fee wasn't expensive at all! Olivia got me my box just 2 days later to Canada - couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

A GREAT experience...started with a long line - but it moved quickly - and the staff (Joy. Jake, and another young lady working on packages whose name I didn't great) were FANTASTIC!! Calm, friendly, and making returns pain free.....THEY NEED A RAISE!!!

Went to the UPS store in Meijer. Unfortunately Maps directed me to a strip mall 2 blocks away and told me I arrived at my destination. I went into an insurance company and the kind gentleman told me where it was and that he has informed Maps on a number of occasions and they still haven't fixed it. Hopefully they will fix it soon. The lady at the UPS store was very nice and took the equipment to send back to Xfinity with ease. The help I got from Xfinity on the phone was some of the worst I've experienced and that is why they need a store.

I love this place. It is my go to for returning Amazon packages. I am usually in and out in a minute.

This location does get busy. So, like anywhere else, make sure you come prepared and ready to do your business!

I wish I would have gotten the lady’s name. This was my first time having to use a UPS store..... This younger lady helped me very much and explained everything and was still done in less than 5 minutes! I have my tracking label in hand for both packages!
