Macy's

Found some great deals for a Christmas party I'm going to this weekend. Beautiful tear drop diamond earrings and a diamond necklace. We tried on a huge variety of perfumes also. I definitely will be back to purchase my favorite. I will say that there needs to be more employees in these 2 areas to help with the customers. They only had 1 gal in the jewelry department and 1 gal in the perfume department. But to be honest, I think the 2 ladies in the makeup department could have helped. They were just sitting there talking to one another. Not fair when it was extremely busy for a Saturday. Just saying... I definitely noticed that!! And one of the gals in makeup ignored me when I asked about an old Clinique perfume I used to wear years ago. She just pointed to the perfumes available and still didn't get up off her chair to assist me. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service with her. The other gals were nice considering how stressed out they were. One young lady in jewelry said it wasn't her area and apologized when I was asking about some of the jewelry sales. At least she was honest and friendly. I kinda felt sorry for her because she was working her tail off. Like I said before, there needs to be more help in those areas. Or pull the gals in makeup and have them help out instead of sitting. Sorry for the rant. Other than that I loved Macy's and will be back.

I like Macy's. COVID-19 certainly affected all businesses, Macy's being no different. That said, they continue to have a lovely selection of clothing, housewares, kitchenware, and, of course, colognes and perfumes. What's nice about personal shopping is avoiding mailing back what doesn't fit, you don't like or smells bad. When you leave the store, you have what you want, like, and are eager to wear and smell good at the same time.

Excellent experience. We needed clothing items that we were supposed to get from a different retailer. After being sent to three separate cities with no success from the competitor, we were exhausted. We learned Macey’s had similar items so visited the Springfield White Oaks location. The sales associate, Kathy, went above and beyond to help us find all clothing we needed (different sizes, items, and areas). It was very refreshing to have such great customer service and someone who was willing to go that extra mile to assist two very travel weary shoppers!

Found some good items in men's clothing. The only lMacys near me. Hope it stays open. Will be back...

I absolutely love this store. I shop in here all of the time and I always am able to find something for me and my family. The associates are lovely as well.

Great sales for Black Friday!

plenty of parking, easy access to store - which kept us from having to walk thru the mall ...associates were pleasant...dressing rooms were clean and there are couches right outside the dressing rooms to sit and wait...our trip was successful - a beautiful red prom dress was found AND it was on sale - doesn't get any better! we forgot to ask if they do alterations...not a problem since i'm certain we will be back!

We had the most wonderful two ladies at the jewelry counter. Very helpful and patient with me and my grandson. They helped me find the perfect gift.

As always Macy's was clean, organized and it seems a lot of new stock in the clothing department. It looks like things are picking up after Covid. I did not make it to the second floor on my last visit but the visit before seemed to have a lot of furniture. I received amazing assistance from a young lady who helped me with a bra fitting, where another store took almost an hour trying different ones and i finally just bought one because i needed one even if it didn't fit the best, she had me in the perfect fitting bra in 15 min. When they had only 1, she had 3 more mailed to my home. The service I received was second to none and why I like to shop in person and not online.

I was at Macy’s yesterday looking to buy some eye cream. I’m in my 30s but have noticed lines around my eyes. The lady that helped me, Paula, was so kind and really took the time to go through the products with me. I didn’t feel pressured into buying and I was so impressed with her sincere desire to help customers find the best product for them - not necessarily just the most expensive. I’ve always loved Macy’s but I’m going to be returning more often because Paula is truly an asset to the store. Highly recommend everyone go see her!

I always enjoy shopping at Macy's. I also almost always find great deals when I'm here. Like just this last visit I found a gorgeous Calvin Klein dress that had been $180 marked down to $56. That's a savings of over 100 dollars. Even when I don't find sales like this one I still love shopping here. Their merchandise is good quality and I don't mind paying a little more for something that will last me for a long time. The stores are always very clean and organized, which I also appreciate when shopping. In my experience the sales people are also very friendly and helpful.

I was able to find what I wanted and was able to take advantage of the Macy rewards thanks to our cashier, Yodit DeCarlo, who was very helpful.

Very few employees throughout the store, but the young lady that helped me was very helpful and kind with her words. If your looking for a nice black dress, check here. They had what I was looking for. I don't shop Macy's normally.

I had a return and needed some bras. It could not have went better. The return went without a hitch. Bra department could not have been more helpful. Found a few things at excellent prices in clearance area. One of the best shopping trips I have ever had.

The salesperson behind the men's cologne is incredible. She knows her fragrances. Thank you and she talks you into the most expensive stuff. 😆 Thank you for reminding me I deserve it.

Arrived at the store to pick up an online order...but of course I had to swing by the shoe Dept and home and linens... There was a store associate available to help me with my shopping within minutes. They were very friendly and knowledge of their products and when I may return to select the items I am searching for. I'll be back soon! Thanks for an enjoyable shopping day!

I was able to get in on Christmas eve and pick up some last minute gifts with no hassle or long wait.
