My son has an adaptive trike. I have not found someone to work on it until now. I called and they said they would take a look at it and get him up and cycling again. It works better than when it went in. Great service and the prices were reasonable. They will be getting all my bike business from now on.

This place is awesome. Tim and everyone on his team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and have made mountain biking a really enjoyable hobby. I don’t have to worry about anything with my bikes, I just bring it to their shop and they diagnose and fix the issue at a very reasonable and transparent price. These are the kind of small businesses we need more of!

Great little place. They were helpful and very knowledgeable. I bought a bike there recently, and later needed to get the front wheel adjusted (my fault), and they gladly re-adjusted it perfectly. To me they seem like an old fashioned shop in the best sense: friendly, helpful, know their stuff. I wish all shops/stores were like that. Anyway, highly recommended.

Fantastic experence. I bought a bike from Walmart that must have been put together by someone from the perfume department. Nothing worked right and the brakes were not working at all in the front. After the visit to this great bike shop the bike now rides like a dream instead of a nightmare. I highly recommend this shop for all your bike repair needs. The staff was efficient and helpful.

They are best! Dream everything that a small town bike shop should be and they are better. They did a great tune up on my around-town mountain bike and gave me a deep discount on awesome new tires. They took this bike from Kia to BMW for a very affordable price! Lee, Mark and the team are such nice people!

The knowledge and enthusiasm about cycling is great here. They spent the time to talk to me with me and did not press me on a purchase or a bike. I felt like my need was honestly considered and a type or price of bike was not forced. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I had a catastrophic front derailleur failure last week. I took the bike into Center Street Cycles fearing the worst. The new owner, Tim Corcoran, fixed the bicycle in only a couple of hours for a reasonable price. Having bought the bike there from Lee eight years ago, I am very pleased to the great tradition and service of Center Street Cycles continue. Most highly recommended!

I had a terrific experience purchasing a bike at Center Street Cycles! Lee put together a bike that had just come in and let me test ride it down the Brunswick Bike path before the final purchase! Fully customized with a cushier seat and riser for the handle bars quickly added on in store. I am new to town and have definitely loved finding a quality local bike shop!

Came in for a tune-up after I crashed my vintage bike hard on ice. The bike was in hazardous and strenuous to ride after the crash. I was assisted right away and the bike was fully tuned and like new within 24 hours.

I rode it around the block and noticed I couldn't shift into top gear and that one of the brakes was rubbing against the wheel, so I pointed it out and they dropped what they were doing and fixed it in 30 seconds. Great service.

They had really nice bikes for sale too.

I flew with my bike this week and Delta managed to damage my bike wheel. I stopped in at Center Street Cycles and they fixed up the wheel while I waited. I’m back on my bike for an event Sunday.

Lee is knowledgeable in all areas including details, specifications, applications, pros and cons, navigation on Maine roads and paths, and cyclist rights. He will give you an honest opinion and answer when it comes to selecting a bicycle suitable for your needs and riding style. He tuned my 23 year old Fuji and helped me through the purchase of a nice Specialized Roll with an extra large frame which arrived within two days. Lee is not motivated by closing a sale or using high pressure sales tactics. Instead, he is low key and seeks rider and cycle harmony, aesthetics and compatibility. Lee truly is a purist when it comes to the promotion of bicycling, a trustworthy and established proprietor, and the best investment a customer can have long after the purchase is made.

While on vacation I had a bicycle flat tire. Unknown and unannounced to Center St Cycles I walked in and the proprietor was incredibly kind and helpful, and ten minutes later I was back in business with a repaired tire and a clear statement of what had caused the problem. I am very impressed with service of this caliber!
