The customer service there is impeccable. Everyone we met were nice and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Trisha Hunter is amazing and super down to earth. We give her and Will Mann 5 stars each. They are both the best!

I always have a great experience at Lee Toyota. I will say that during the pandemic their service department seemed to be reaching to find problems, but now that things are back to normal, and they seem pretty busy, that behavior seems to have stopped and they’re back to be honest, fair and professional. Everyone who works there seems to enjoy their work and the waiting area is clean and comfortable with excellent coffee and fast WiFi.

This was our 5 personal vehicle purchase and 2 more helping family buy a car from Lee Toyota Topsham. Always great service. Supportive, helpful, no pressure and very easy to work with. Joe Day is my guy and I love buying cars from him. I look forward to the next one!

Buying a vehicle here was easy. The staff was extremely friendly and did not give me a hard time about any of my requests. Scott, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

If I had to give them a ding, it was that the vehicle price didn’t match the msrp and I was almost unable to acquire GAP insurance. I will pay attention to that next time and ask more questions so I can understand it better. However, I was able to acquire it and everything went as planned.

We had told them our timeline and they worked diligently to ensure we would be able to leave the lot that day with a vehicle. Thank you to all that helped make this purchase.

My dog and I always like going for car maintenance at Lee Toyota. The waiting room is very pleasant, coffee is hot and a nice doggo waterfowl available. The hour or so I spend there goes by quickly. Plus I am treated with respect and kindness by all the employees.

I was more than satisfied from the time I arrived until I left. Jasmine kept me in the loop and advised me of the need to replace my wipers. I told her I would address that at a later time, but given a little thought I went to the parts window and purchased a new set. The parts man, sorry I didn't get his name, took them out to my car and kindly put them on. I could not be more pleased with this dealership and look forward to doing all my business there in the future. We also have a Tundra so we will see you soon

Throughout the process of having to order a new car and signing my lease agreement to take possession of it, the staff was fantastic communicating updates, and helping me extend my old lease until the new car came in. In particular, Trisha Hunter was very patient and professional, and took the time to help me set up the technical aspects of the car. I also took the vehicle in for a maintenance service visit. Both Jasmine and Teddy were very helpful and patient showing me how to fine tune my settings. But honestly, all the staff are wonderful.

Today’s inspection service was outstanding. 10am appointment with assurance I would be done by 11. The service attendant Jessmen was outstanding in signing me in and out and answering all my questions. The entire process was very pleasant. This is a typical experience for me at Lee’s.

My experiences have generally been good, and we're very good on 12/27 when my car received it's annual inspection. Everything I asked to be given attention was, including washing the car and mats were vacuumed. Service rep was very helpful.

I am SO appreciative of everyone in the service area. They got me in very quickly, and out even quicker. The techs really took good care of my car and I cannot recommend this place enough. Gold stars for everyone!!!

Saw the car I loved in the parking lot, walked in easy process purchasing great help with the sales representative. Went into the service station because I hit a curb and caused my car check engine light to come on they were very thorough gave me all the advice and help I needed to get my car fixed correctly. I would recommend going to them for any Toyota product I have looked at other Toyota companies in the area and did not get treated as well even though they were closer to my home I drove 40 minutes to purchase from Lee and so glad that I did.

I love shopping at Lee Toyota! My new Prius rides very well and I appreciated all the time Evan took helping me understand all the ins and outs of the car!

Excellent service here, and they went above and beyond on a busy morning to get me transportation to work when the shuttle was delayed with another customer. You are treated as a person, not a number, which I really appreciated. They discovered I needed brakes during their inspection and were able to add that in the same appointment, saving me another trip. Will come back here for sure!

Oh gosh, bravo to Topsham Lee Toyota. Their customer service is top notch. To Lynn booking me on the phone so sweetly, to the man who checked me in, Zeke for interpreting my "it's making a squeak sound", Gerry who guided me towards the next steps of future care for my 4Runner, to lastly the lovely checkout clerk. You can tell everyone is happy to be there and it's an experience like this that makes me never want to have my car worked on anywhere else again. I worked with some great guys while picking out my new Camry. They worked quickly to help get the car I was looking for. Sam explain all the features clearly and was able to answer any questions I had. Will was very helpful with the daunting financial process and didn’t make me feel pressured at all to sign up for anything I didn’t want. Great experience.
