Applebee's Grill + Bar

I'm a long term fan of Applebee's for relaxed dining, alone or with friends. Not the place for gourmet food but appealing, well prepared food to suit most tastes. The service is generally very good with genuinely friendly folks. The food is reasonably priced and you can expect consistent quality. Works for me!

My wife & I have been hear plenty of times. The food has always been great.
We were there Saturday eve for dinner, we ordered an appetizer that came out cold, then when the meals came out my wifes meal was also cold. Don't know what the chef was doing, I know what he wasn't doing.
Sad. All said and done, the waitress was AWESOME.

Thank goodness this place was open. I've learned that most places in Maine close at 6pm and you have limited food options. Great service and fantastic food and drinks at this location.

I have always enjoyed this location. The wait staff is friendly and courteous. It is always busy, so they have a tough job. But whenever my family or I have needed anything, they are helpful.

Oh. TERRY, my server is so pleasant and professional, and yes,.... she talked me into the dessert almond blondie on heated plate ( game changer)!

Good times had by all. Sat at the bar for some pub fare and a couple of drinks. The staff was great and the food was wonderful

The food was terrific, wanton chicken taco for the win! Service was wonderful, very friendly, place was clean and nice to look at. I enjoy the Applebee's at Cooks Corner in Brunswick Maine!

It was Applebee's on a Thursday night, it was late and I was tired. The food was good, the beer was good and it didn't take hours.

I love how welcome we feel every time we enter. The bartenders all know us and we never leave here hungry. Best Restaurant Watering Hole in Augusta!

Went in on a Friday afternoon. We were seated immediately, our server was dealing with a particularly needy table so she was a bit slower to greet us, but not so much so that it was bothersome. She was pleasant, and courteous. She brought our drinks right away and took our orders promptly. Our food arrived in a very timely manner, it was hot and delicious. Our server checked in on us but not to the point of hovering. Overall it was a great dining experience for lunch.

I ordered 2 Bourbon Street Steaks meals with a side order of Garlic roasted green beans for Curbside pickup . As always , the steaks were perfectly done , the meals were delicious . And the waitress service was pretty quick and friendly . I was very satisfied.

The food and drinks were good but it was the staff that made it a five star visit. We'd had a horrendous few days with a family member in the hospital*. Applebee's was really the only thing open when we left the hospital. As soon as we walked in everyone from the hostess/bartender to the waiter to the food runner were awesome, friendly, and all brightened our day in a very needed (and very appreciated) way.

*P.S. I do NOT recommend the Mid Coast Maine ER. Their staff doesn't give a F about you. The Applebee's staff would run circles around them.

Last few times I have been here I am impressed with the food! Cooked to perfection staff is amazing what a great improvement from 6 months ago! Kitchen staff has it going on! Thank you all

Whenever I come here, the staff are always so kind! Their performance always checks out! The food is great, as every time I've been to Applebee's, my stomach is always satisfied. Their burgers are delicious, and the steak is phenomenal. The food will make you want to come back for more!

I didn't realize before getting there that dine in was closed after 9 but clikd still order take out til midnight. I called to let them know I was there to pick up my order, I thought they brought orders out to the cars but company wide policy disallows them to after 9 for safety reasons. The store manager answered when I called and informed me of this, and I asked what the process was because this was my first time ordering to go. He was very professional and respectful in informing me that you just go through the side door past 9 to pick up your order. He still brought the order out to me and was very genuine.

The food was great! The cocktails to go were great! No complaints at all!!

Erica was our waitress, and she was the best, super attentive without being pushy and annoying. Food was fantastic, first time I've gotten a perfect steak and the sides are still hot. Good food, great service. If I lived closer, this would be my go to.

Great customer service! Had an error with my order (I had a large order, it happens) and the manager Jason, handled it well. The mistake and my inconvenience was acknowledged, I was compensated, and Jason was very apologetic. The reviews who didn't have a great customer service experience must have delt with someone else, or are the fussy type who can't be pleased. Even after the error with my order, I will most definitely be back! Food was as expected, and the young man who brought out our food was nice. (Had carside to go)
