McDonald's

Ok I never expected to find my favorite McDonalds in South Paris, Maine…but here it is. I got chicken nuggies, and a Filet-o-fish sandwich. The food was so fresh!

The employees were nice and went out of their way to get something we needed. The restaurant was pretty clean, and the dining area was very roomy.

I love McDonald’s but the one closest to where I live is awful. I’d rather drive 20 minutes away to this location.

Super nice store with good seating options. Food was great. We visited after the lunch rush.

This location is Awesome. Amy is an outstanding manager and she offered some excellent information regarding places to see on my trip up the Maine Coast. I will definitely stop back on the return trip.

It's been a while since I last commented on this store, there have been many changes. However for the good. They still work very hard, and there are many new well needed pleasent people working. They call me by name and I look forward to seeing them everyday. Chanette, Reice,and Cass are just a few. I'm looking forward to visiting. I encourage each and every one of you to keep up the good work. For all those training them, thumbs up. You're doing great job! See you soon.

I stopped by here after submitting a mobile order yesterday and turns out I had submitted it to the wrong location. The manager came out to help me and made it right even though it was my fault. (note: the food was still McDonalds food but I'm giving it 5 stars because it was as good as McDonalds gets. Thanks!

The staff is super kind and friendly, and when I messed up their line they kindly promo'd my order in order to keep the line going. I used to work at a McDonald's so I know how stressful the situation was that I created, super cool to see these folks bounce back so quickly! Everyone deserves a raise.

Drive through. Food is ok for fast food. Coffee machine was broken when I went through.

Good experience tonight 9/12. The shift manger who is the women that is short with glasses is very professional and talks to people with care. The counter guy that is goofy is very friendly and has a warm welcome feel to him. There are two cooks maybe in the back I see. But I only see the women. She is working very hard, very professional. And I’m sitting where I can see the kitchen and she is super clean, I see her change gloves many times to keep the area clean, and you just can’t find people that care enough to be consistent like that. (brown hair and wears it in a pony tail)

Just went through the drive thu, Friday night 6:15pm new years eve. The young woman that took our order and payment was wonderfully pleasant, cheerful and displayed excellent customer service skills. The young woman how presented us with our food was also very pleasant, cheerful and professional, making sure our order was correct. They both wished us happy new years!! You have a couple of good ones there McDonald's!

The management here is awesome they give a darn about there customers my order is always accurate and prompt this is by far the best McDonald's I've ever been too

Just left the McDonald’s at 10:00pm. In spite of a late night and a long day for the staff they were more than accommodating to 24+ Customers. They kept their dining room open to feed a bus load of hungry basket ball and volleyball players. The staff lived up to the name fast food and the friendly and jovial manager who took our orders was an added bonus. Thank you McDonald’s!!!

Keith gave me the best drive thru experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, coming from someone that caters to the public he went above and beyond any expectations that I had. I’ve never left a review at a fast food place, but Keith makes it a genuinely nice experience even if it’s just a few moments out of the day

The staff is so nice. Several of us sitting at our laptops eating breakfaat since power was out for many. Staff kept smiling even though I'm sure some of them had a tough night as well. High speed internet and fresh tasty food. Say what you want about fast food but they provide a good product at a reasonable price. Hard to argue with that.

Only McDonald’s that seems to get our orders right on the first try, you guys are awesome! Super great crew full of genuine and kind workers. And for the people complaining about how slow service is here, go ahead and try to order at the Topsham and Bath locations.

You know, we don't eat at Micky D's much...but when we are on long road trips...we enjoy the sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal for breakfast and they are always delish.
