Lily helped me to find my F-150. Through the whole process she was great. I didn’t feel pressured to buy, and she was more than willing to be patient on a 4 day long adventure finding the right deal for me. I’ve been in a few dealerships and hated the pushy atmosphere. So the last 3 cars I bought were at car max. I decided to try again at a dealership and I’m glad I chose Lily at Darling’s Ford in Brunswick. She even messaged me a couple days later and asked if I was happy with the car. She took the time to listen to my concerns and replied with great information. I will be going back to Darling’s Ford in the future and would 100% recommend Lily to my friends. She works very hard, always replies immediately to any questions, clearly enjoys her job, and is overall pleasant to work with. Clearly the sales person for a person like me who is neurodivergent, my favorite part was she wasn’t pushy. I felt like I had time to think through each decision. I really felt like my experience working with her was personal and tailored towards me.

I’d been trying to find a vehicle for at least a couple of years, only to be turned down over and over and over again by banks, credit unions, and dealerships. Then comes Grace and Darlings in Brunswick, and Grace never gave up on me. Grace found financing that I needed, and found a vehicle that was under the mileage I was looking for and, bonus, under the budget I told her I could afford. Today my Jeep Patriot was delivered to my house, and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Grace, and thank you, Darlings in Brunswick. You all were amazing!

I went to just drive through and see what they had on the lot for used F150 trucks. The saleswoman Grace saw me and came to see if she could help me with anything. I told her what I was thinking and she was quick to tell me what she had available on the lot. We went into the office and I saw one online and showed it to her. I couldn’t believe how quickly she was getting all the information for me. She went to bed manager about the truck and he sent someone on the spot to go pick it up 1-1/2 hrs away. They got everything taken care with paperwork and financing and when they truck showed up they topped off the fuel ran it through for one more quick cleaning and I was on my way. The saleswoman Grace and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate me while I waited. The place is top of the line

I had a wonderful recent experience at Darling’s in Brunswick! Initially I was unsure about the car we were going to look at. I had been up and down about it all! We were met by a very kind employee named Grace who made me feel right at home. At first I was a bit intimidated as I’m someone that doesn’t know much about cars but she made the process very easy and I understood all the steps and options as she was explaining them. All in all Grace is a great asset to Darlings. Ethan closed the deal and was very patient and thorough given the complexity of my deal, I feel things went very great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommend Darlings!

Darlings were fantastic. Through no fault of them, this was an overall worst buying experience of my life. Ford failed to deliver the vehicle I had chosen and had a deposit on. We have no idea where it went, but it showed up three weeks late. Darlings tried a dealer swap with a Massachusetts dealer, but they refused the swap because of some tree sap in the vehicle Darlings had brought for trade. Darlings then bought a vehicle from a New York dealer and brought it to Maine. The worked well above anything I would have hoped for. As it turns out, I like the vehicle they got in New York better than the original vehicle. Darlings did me a tremendous favor and worked exceptionally hard to get me a vehicle. I would very highly recommend Darlings. THANKS!

Additionally, I found a lower rate of financing in the community, and while they were not within Darling’s usual financial options, Darling Ford was able to work with them to get the deal I wanted

I just purchased my first ever, brand new truck from Darlings Brunswick Ford on Nov. 24th 2023. Gary, Isaiah, Lester, Kevin, and everyone else at Darlings, made me feel right at home from the second I walked through the door. They answered all of my questions regarding the new F150 I just purchased, the terms of the lease, and the Ford Pass set up on my phone.

Great experience overall. Ordered a vehicle and completed the purchase when it arrived 13 months later. Dealership did not hound me during the wait for any reason. When the vehicle showed up, they honored the original agreed upon price and did not try to up charge me. Friendly service, would recommend Gary everytime!

Very personable salespeople and finance workers. They communicated with me very promptly after my inquiry and they were able to text/email me throughout my work day rather than needing calls which was helpful. They sold me a car I’d been hoping to get for a while and they helped me finance it the way I needed. I was also happy with my in-person interactions as they treated me like an equal. I’d recommend them 10/10!

I typically do not enjoy shopping for a vehicle, but the team at Darling's Ford made it an enjoyable and painless experience. Chris, our salesperson, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain all of the features and capabilities of the new Ford Ranger. New Rangers can be hard to come by, but Chris and the management team went out and quickly found me multiple Rangers to pick from. The paperwork process with the Finance Manager was quick and seamless. The dealership had a friendly, low pressure atmosphere, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
