Great customer service! Employees actually know where items are and help to guide you. It's also a pet friendly store.

I love this place and the people! Exceptional customer service everytime I'm here! They always seem genuinely interested in my DIY projects and are supportive when I need to repair something in my home on my own, giving advice, setting me up with the tools I need to get the job done and they're always encouraging. The people that work in the garden center are especially helpful and always ready to lend a hand when loading things onto a cart or into my car.
And they have clean public restrooms! The store is clean and well organized and if they don't have something they can order it for you. The delivery driver is also a nice guy!

Saturday shopping in Brunswick. Lowes was not too busy. Had plenty of goods. Found what we needed. Plenty of employees were available and wanted to help answer questions or locate items. Checking out eas quick. No lines.

This store is one of the best I have ever been to. Customer Service is always friendly and helpful. Any associate is willing to point you in the right direction. However, getting help in a specific department (especially plumbing and electrical) was almost nonexistent. I made several trips to the paint department (21 gallons over 3 days) and they were helpful, accurate, and efficient.

Always a fun time, plenty of parking, holiday decorations are fantastic

Best experience at any Lowe's in a few years. Frank & Mike were friendly, helpful listened to my strange request for thin rubber to repair a roof mount vehicle antenna. Not a standard request; and easy enough to just say sorry can't help. Looking forward to talking with Sam in plumbing about that project!

Love Lowe's in Brunswick,ME. My first 'go to' place for paint and other items (garden,kitchen etc. ). It is clean,well organized,the staff are helpful and accommodating. I have shopped at Lowe's in multiple places across the country( Montana,Idaho,Florida,etc). It has consistently been a great experience.

Called here by accident trying to reach Lowe’s in Brunswick GA. Ben was super helpful. We laughed when we realized we had the wrong store. Amazing.

Great prices, friendly workers, good variety of items. My only problem is no one is available to help load your vehicle. I am not a weakling but I had four 50 lb. bags of sand and three very heavy bags of marble chips that I had to load into the back of my pick-up. Needless to say I did it myself because there was not a worker in sight.

Just wanted to say thank you to BRIGHT and TINA in the lumber department yesterday… you were out of 2x6x8s pressure treated and Tina gave exceptional customer service in trying to help… when Bright showed up and offered to cut the 16 footers in half for us… a great conversation ensued and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience because of these two people… again thank you

Nice store. Usually go here when I need hardware because they normally have a bigger variety. Similar to HD but associates are a little less enthusiastic. A little calmer atmosphere. Not a bad thing.

Kc Bowdenknights was great to work with in the flooring department. We're looking at re-doing all the floors on the first floor and he had great recommendations for us. Looking forward to next steps. Thanks Kc

My go to since I have purchased a home. Everyone is always helpful and knowledgeable when I shop there! If a person can't answer my question they will find someone who can.

The hospitality is a little too much. I'm trying to think and every time someone in a vest spots me they make a bee line for me to ask if they can help. Maybe I'll make a sign for the next time. I get it, some people like this, but I'm trying to figure things out and no one wants to be in my mind, even me.

Other than that to place of full of stuff that anyone could need, seems to be laid out pretty well and yes the staff is helpful.

It's Lowe's, they have what you need. Here's a tip, look at the website first, find what you are going to get. That way you can check stock and find the location (aisle and bin) in the store for a faster trip.

Corey and Wyatt have been so helpful with my appliance deliveries! Really pleased with the service at this particular location.

Fabulous experience. They went way beyond what was needed to fix my lamp and with smiles. They also will deliver my new very heavy picnic table for free. Just great.
