Paid for a car wash and got a receipt but the car wash never started. Got a call back from the manager and he took care of the issue. Just a computer glitch.

Under new management and the service has improved a lot. It was a warm day in mid-Fedruary and the line was long. They had plenty of people working the line and it moved quickly. There was a person walking the line processing payments, a guy pressure washing the passenger side before entering the tunnel, another guy pressure washing the driver's side as it entered the tunnel. The automated system was clean and the car looked great when it was done.

Great service. They have manual and auto wash stations. Call for an appointment for detailing.

I had used another car wash and run through the other one twice. My car was still not clean.
Once through at Auto Shine, I could drive off with my microfiber clothes and feel like my car had a professional job. I just paid for the wash.

I have 2 subscriptions here and rarely have to wait. Sometimes the kiosk to the left doesn't scan the barcode, but the people are pretty quick to make it right and let you through.

Cole, Shane and Danny are always awesome.
The car wash is the best around, and the guys are super friendly and professional. Truck always looks mint when I come out of the tunnel!!! Keep up the good work guys YOU ROCK

On the pricy side, but you get a full service car wash in single digits weather.

Your vehicle is manually scrubbed VERY WELL before going through the automated portion. Several prices for the various types/finishes offered. Outstanding results!
