I am consistently impressed by the quality and breadth of Target’s product selection, the cleanliness of the store and the cheerfulness (and presence) of the staff. Kudos to your executive teams for creating this environment and being consistent whether you’re in an urban area like Houston, Texas or a small town like Topsham, Maine.

Clothes, medicine, fun items, basic needs. That sums up target. This one was clean and when doing a evening Sunday run for some quick items to start my week, I found friendly staff, a human cashier, and so many choices. Much bigger than the target I’m used to.

Well laid out, and nice and clean. Employees were friendly, and they had everything I needed after my little coffee spill over at Starbucks. 😅

The associate I worked with for my return in store was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable as well as professional! She made the whole experience very easy.

I had the best experience with the front end manager Erik. He was kind and understanding during the entire process. He fixed the issue without hesitation and more. Amazing customer service.

Who doesn't love target... really. Other than fact there is never a real cashier and just self checkout chaos... but we all still go to avoid Walmart.

Front End Manger Erik is exemplary as someone who deserves their job; a breathe of fresh air these days.

This is the first time I have ordered from Target since Covid began and I was unable to go inside stores because I have an immune system problem. Not only was the process seamless and easy, but store personnel were wonderful: I called ahead to make sure I could pick up curbside and was assured that even if I didn't have the proper app on my phone, they would make an exception because of my medical condition. When I arrived, after having uploaded the app easily and successfully, the delivery person was about 50 ft from our car and heading toward us already.

Ease of use. Last Saturday afternoon before Christmas and I simply walked in past the horde of crazy shoppers, was warmly greeted at the clearly marked online order area and was out with my purchases in less than 5 minutes.

The cashier was super pleasant and professional. I had an intellectually disabled gentleman with me and she greeted the both of us and took the time to greet him and include him in the experience. We've come a long way, but too often my friend is ignored, so it was really awesome to see how effortlessly she handled the scenario and we left with smiles on a crazy day.

Fast, friendly and free service. With a newborn its so convenient, and way less stressful, to opt for curbside pickup. The app experience is great, and all the employees who've brought out my orders have been very pleasant.

I went and was able to shop quickly and checkout without any issues. The store was well lit and clean. Each associate was friendly and helpful.

Even before the extra pandemic cleaning measures were in place, Topsham, Maine Target was the cleanest, most organized store anywhere that I've been to. As a dyed-in-the-wool germaphobe, I greatly appreciate their keen attention to cleanliness. The store is always well organized, the staff goes above and beyond for customers; they are efficient, caring and knowledgeable and will stop everything to answer questions and find something "out back" for you if it hasn't made it to the shelves yet - and they do it all with a smile. Way to go, Target!

Typical Target but did not have what I needed.

On my last visit here, we actually left without bagging one of our items within minutes. Told to go to customer service and report. Wonderful woman at customer service, very nice in getting us taken care of, contacted management on duty and he found our item very quick and returned it to us right away. Awesome service. Thanks management and customer service.

Our experience with Target was excellent. We ordered a TV which was damaged when we got it home. They accepted it back at Customer Service and had another TV waiting for us. The exchange was seemless. Thank you.

I visited the store on 1/29 and was helped by a supervisor and a clerk at the check out counter. I cannot speak more highly of the help they provided to me that day. I had a personal issue, and without going into details I will just say that those 2 people made my day! Thank you, wonderful people of Topsham Target!
