Plenty of selection and good finds compared to other places. We have purchased 2 appliances there.

One was a refrigerator which had some delivery issues due to some scheduling difficulties. What I appreciate is how they handled it. Every company will have an issue from time to time. It's how they handle it.

Noble was very apologetic and provided updated service as well as a credit for the difficulty. I don't expect this to be commonplace, but it shows they care about their customers.
Would buy there again.

Received oven today from freight company (XPO) - delivered the 300 lb. oven right into my garage!

Called up the stores even though they closed early day before thanksgiving, luckily Thomas and Jay were still around and picked up call. They had the part I needed for my electric range! I purchased a high end frig from Noble, but live out of town. Unfortunately once I unpacked my frig I noticed that it had concealed damage from the shipping company. Toma has been incredible in helping resolve the damage. Noble even stepped up and paid for an extending warrantee, I highly recommend them.

Very positive experience with installation of electric cooktop which, at first, didn’t fit properly replacing my 34 year old downdraft Jenair gas cooktop. A filler had to be ordered which allowed the cooktop to fit perfectly the second time. Devin, the installer was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, neat and very upbeat, both about the first, failed job and final installation of my GE Profile Radiant Cooktop.

I want to recommend Tome Wisniewski for going above and beyond his job to help rectify a shipping problem that occurred after ordering a dishwasher on line. Tome had an open box dishwasher that was being sold. I needed this specific brand of dishwasher for an under-mount sink in a condo kitchen.
Tome was great at explaining how the shipping process would work and what to do immediately if the dishwasher was damaged upon delivery. Well, of course the dishwasher door was bashed. I called Tome and he talked be though the claim process with UPS. He then sent me another dishwasher door-
while my claim was still in dispute. What a great sales manager!!

Stopped in looking for a part for a stove. Tome was extremely helpful and kind in making sure I could find it even though they themselves don't carry it. He showed me where to find the serial number and how to look it up as well. I may not have bought anything this time, but I know who I'm coming to next time I need an appliance that's for sure.

I had the privilege of working with my Salesman, Toma while I visited the Hartland location this past Saturday morning. Not only did help get my new GE range loaded but showed my how to install the electric cord for my range. It is good to have someone like him around to help us older folk when we can’t lift and bend like we use to! Thanks again Toma and Noble Appliance!
