Brock Mechanical was great from the initial phone call. They were quickly out to service and examine my well and sub pump. Josh did a nice job explaining what was wrong with the well and sub pump, making sure everything that needed replacing was all done at the same time, and explained the process and costs of the repairs. He was quick to get the parts and come back to complete the replacement. Throughout the process he answered all of my questions. After putting everything back together he tested to ensure everything was working correctly and cleaned up everything.

Brock Mechanical Installed two enamel coated cast-iron Undermount kitchen sinks for me. These are extremely heavy sinks. Their workmen were professional and very courteous. They managed to get the job done twice and done perfectly. There’s never a mess to clean up after they leave. I highly recommend this company.

Ken and Dan were great to work with. We got a brand new shower/tub installed in a day!! They put great care into their work, and did a thorough clean up at the end of the job. They are very enjoyable, professional people. Highly recommend.

I give this company 10 stars! I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate to replace my tank water heater with a tankless and get a water softener installed. Ken called me back and was able to stop by on the same day since he was going to pass my house on his way back to the shop at the end of the day. I received a surprisingly reasonable bid and Ken was very polite, personable, and professionally.

We did our due diligence and had a couple other quotes but Brocks was the most competitive. The other companies just quoted me their most expensive items and went about their day not really explaining the why. I signed the quote from Brock within 2 days of getting it and then was able to schedule with Doug for about a week out.

Ken just left, he did a wonderful job! AND he left the area just as clean as he found it. He was very professional, walked us through how to change the temp, and what we need to do maintenance wise (which is only a 1x a year descaling) I would absolutely without a second thought recommend Brock Mechanical to anyone who needs a plumber. I had a great experience with this team. We needed our sewer main replaced from the house to the road hookup, a very large, very complex job. I took multiple bids for the job and Brock's pricing was very competitive and the estimate was detailed and accurate. We chose Brock because when the estimator came out he took the time to walk through exactly what was needed step by step and answered all my questions.

During the job the work crew was friendly, answered any questions I had and did quality work. Timing and Costs came in exactly as described in the bid. Very happy with the service.

The issue was waster water through the plumbing on our just purchased house. He was very helpful and listened well and asked questions to clarify the issues we were having. Checked the whole system and answered all the questions we had about our service. Frankly one of the best service man I had in some time.

Highly recommend! You can expect outstanding, exceptional workmanship from the plumbers and technicians at Brock Mechanical. It is rare to find a high-integrity plumber who is trustworthy, fair-priced and provides excellent customer service. Ken and Joe were here for three days and they both had a great attitude and enthusiastically tackled the huge tasks. They were hard working, fabulous to interact with, and highly focused on doing everything right. As they were making repairs and updates, they uncovered pipes that were paper-thin and ready to break – saving me from a potential catastrophe. This old house needed a so many repairs: the rusty water was ruining my appliances, sinks and tubs; the well tank needed replacing; the hot water heater was shot; all faucets were old and some leaking; needed a new utility tub; low water pressure; drains were clogged; the garbage disposal needed to be replaced and more. They also found things that were not to code with the gas line and the sewage injector pump. They gave me a quote for all of it – the necessary things and the optional things that could wait. I elected to do it all. I’m so grateful to have peace of mind that everything is in perfect working order for years to come. Thank you Brock Mechanical, Ken and Joe!

Joe came out to work on my hot water tank. The tank was 30+ years old. He encountered many problems getting the new tank in. Regardless he worked through all the difficulties and after the install I had hot water within and hour before he even left. This employee has gained my trust in the company and I will always use them. I tried to tip him but he wouldn’t accept tips. This guy earned a raise in my humble opinion. He represents the company and what they stand by. Will use them for all my water solutions.

I wanted to give remarks to Daniel and Kyle for the work that they did in my bathroom on my tub. They did an outstanding job, those 2 guys.

We highly recommend Brock Mechanical. In 2021, 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, the first of our numerous 55 year old cast iron pipes failed in our kitchen. All the big companies were too busy (or deer hunting) but Brock Mechanical understood our plight and repaired the leaky pipe before Thanksgiving. Since then, they have replaced our antiquated water softener system and the corroded cast iron piping both inside and outside. They also installed a Dry Well for our sump pump and routed it away from our septic tank. The owner Doup was very supportive and made sure the work was doen in a timely fashion. Ken had been our "go to" guy for the indoor needs and the team worked hard to replace our pipes to our septic tank.

They showed up at the time they said they would. Gave me an estimate that was reasonable, went and got the material and completed the job within a few hours.
