WOW! The team at Mirror Image did an amazing job fixing up the front end of my S7. After 100k miles the front end was peppered with rock chips everywhere and the bumper was peeling clear coat off due to a poor repair some time before I owned it. As a detailer by trade they knew I was particular about my car and they delivered exactly what I was looking for, even calling me after I dropped it off to explain how they could resolve a few more things I hadn’t noticed and got it all fixed at the same time. You get what you pay for, and I’m thrilled with the outcome.

By far the best auto body shop I have ever dealt with! It’s such a tough industry and I have had some wacky experiences in the past. Mirror Image is a shinning example of professionalism in both their customer service and more importantly, their craftsmanship. Not a single thing was looked over and the communication was amazing.
I expressed my concerns and every single one was addressed. They have worked on my wife’s car and I just picked mine up today after a rough accident. The thing I would like to express the most is how they treated my entry level car as if it were the same as any luxury or high end car they work on.
I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience and once again, their final product is pristine.

Very friendly and accommodating service. They're very customer oriented, something that seems to be declining in the past decade. When I got my car back, there was a popping noise in my front drivetrain or suspension, they determined it was my control arm bushings and quickly rescheduled me to have it fixed. Insurance covered it, but they offered to work with me on payment if insurance declined, since the noise was not present before they repaired my car. I strongly recommend this business if you need any auto body work.

Jason and his team far exceed my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. After starting out another local body shop that my insurance company recommended that was disorganized, unprofessional, and apathetic I knew I had to make a change. Mirror Image was recommended to me by a friend, and I couldn’t be happier. Jason was a great communicator. Not only did he explain the process and what to expect he kept me updated with timelines and work diligently with my insurance company for a seamless experience. The icing on the cake was getting by car back in a condition better than it was before the accident.

Jason and Elaine were honest, friendly, and great to work with. I had to fix the rear bumper of my car after a fender bender and Elaine explained the process clearly over the phone. Jason was thorough in his explanation of the estimate provided and helped me contact the insurance company for payments. While I hope I won't get into any car accidents in the future, if I were to take my car again for body repairs, I would go back to Mirror Image without hesitation.

Called in looking to get help for tree sap smeared all over the car from previous attempt to clean at home. Jason was very straight forward and gave a lot of tips nd suggested to do it myself instead of paying hundreds for them to do it. I appreciate the honesty and free consultation. I'll definitely be giving them my business in the future.

Jason is a miracle worker! The driver's external mirror was damaged when a tree limb fell on it, so badly that the door itself was buckled and gouged. the mirror needed to be replaced, but he repaired the door and repainted the entire side of the vehicle to ensure it matched. You would swear it was fresh off the showroom floor and the car is 4 years old
This is the fourth time (for different issues on 3 cars) I've had to use their services and I can't say enough how awesome their service, responsibility, fairness and the quality of their work.

Jason double and triple checks everything to make sure you're getting the best quality parts and materials and he's a perfectionist in making sure every detail is perfect!

I visited Mirror Image to get some small pieces painted. Every person I met was extremely helpful and friendly. The paintwork that was done came out flawless and matched great. I will be using them again in the future.

From the Start of the Estimate to the repairs being completed and my keys handed back - complete professionalism from the staff.
Easy to schedule an in-person estimate with the receptionist. Met with the owner Jason for my estimate, who was able to assist me with transmitting the estimate/photos to my Insurance company and additional supplemental repairs (as Adjusters with my company no longer come out - but had me send photos). Answered any questions I had about repairs and payment. His assistant was able to help me communicate with the insurance company to get everything approved and offered to set up a rental for me. Was kept up with repair schedule and notified of any issues with a potential parts delay for the supplemental estimate. Car was fixed and returned within the time frame promised.
The work of this shop went above and beyond what I expected. Car was returned in better condition than before the accident. Inside was vacuumed, cleaned and smelled wonderful. Outside was washed and shinier.
I chose Mirror Images on a friend's recommendation and couldn't be happier with the work performed. Highly recommend them and their team.

Absolutely phenomenal work! Jason is amazing! I had a hand sized dent on the side/back door of my car and I had zero hope of it being fixed. I got my car back today and I can’t tell where the damage even was. My car looks the same as the day I pulled it off the lot. Fantastic service from the quote to the end result. I love Mirror Image! I've had a rusty spot on my passenger door fixed, and a minor dent on my hood fixed as well. I no longer live in the area but still drive over an hour b/c the quality of service is excellent. Jason is incredibly helpful, responsive and informative. Straight shooter. I trust him to give me a great value and honest appraisal of work.

My unoccupied vehicle was significantly damaged while parked at The Crossings in Newington. My insurance company provided the names of 2 repair shops to get an estimate, Committed Collision and Mirror Image. Google reviews of Mirror Image say it all. Jason is honest, trustworthy, and was communicative throughout both with the insurance company and myself. There were a few hiccups along the way due to body parts which caused some delay but again Jason kept me informed throughout the repair process. When I picked up my vehicle upon completion, it was obvious all repairs had been completed to PERFECTION.

By far the best service I have ever gotten for my Jeep. Not only is Jason so friendly and easy to work with, he and his team made my Jeep better than when it was new. I am so happy and grateful for all of their help through the whole process after my accident. HIGHLY recommend!

Very professional and timely. I received updates while my car was in the shop and it looks and drives like new. Jason answered all my questions upfront about possible wait times for parts and estimated time until fix. Elaine was so kind to wait for me on a Friday evening pickup.
