Michelle from appliances was so amazing!! She helped us find our reference number for a protection plan we had purchased 3 years back. She was so knowledgeable and helpful!!

I needed 4 bags of concrete. Asked if I could get help with the 80lb bags. Chris behind the counter said sure and grabbed them and put them in my car. Many thanks to Chris

Really appreciate the help from the young man in the gardening center at Lowe’s in Greenland, New Hampshire. I think his name is John. He went out of his way to help me find the right type of lawn fertilizer,, then loaded it in a cart for me and help me get it into my car. He even found a bigger bag to help me save money! Thank you!!!

Big store , clean and they have everything

Placed an online order for some tile, but we received two different products (turns out, they have the same SKU!). Scott in customer service listened closely to what we needed to finish our project and set aside what we needed so we could finish our project. Thank you again, Scott!

A little out of the way, but you can definitely tell it's one of their newer locations...very clean and bright

The staff is very warm and attentive. The location is also very convenient. There will be discounts in the commodity market.

Managers please take note... I need to highlight Gavin in the tile department, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Truly an asset to the organization, helping to guide homeowners through the whole process.

I ordered thousands of dollars worth of window shades from Chris in Decor at Greenland Lows. She was a pleasure to work with and a mathematical genius in helping me order for my new summer home in York, Maine. Even when there was a “ blip,” in installation Chris was my “ go to” to alleviate ANY problems for me! Excellent follow up and a truly beautiful person! See you in the spring, Chris!

Customer service is very good. Justin helped my husband with lockets for our doors for our new home and he was so friendly and helpful. He was also very informative and knew his stuff.

Went in to buy a few citronella candles, came out with patio furniture cover, a Gorilla wheelbarrow, tabletop Tiki torch. As if that wasn't enough making plans for batter operated leaf blower for next week.

I found the staff knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Actually one of the staff members was the reason I bought the wheelbarrow. Prices are reasonable. If you are in need of storage boxes they had a great selection with very competitive prices

I ran out of power the other day and needed to get a generator. I went to Lowe's and bought a very nice generator which was simple to use and easy to connect. The customer associate was able to help me out and get the item out to my truck for me. I will go back to Lowe's. This generator came in handy as I had no power for 10 hours

Lowe's is my favorite place to buy tools and home improvement items. They are great to veterans, such as 10% off and parking places out front just for veterans. All the workers are very friendly.

Convenient and has a great selection of products. It is a smaller store, but their app makes finding products an easy task

Stopped in to pick up customers purchase, customer service took info and had staff up to me in 10 minutes, one of the items was to big for my van. We unboxed and fit those in van and staff hauled off cardboard and styfoam very pleasantly away.

I do not know about the Greenland Lowe's experience in general, but as for my experience here this evening, I would have to give 5 stars. I had Val, Adam and Megan help me with a Pick-Up order from online - an American Standard bathtub, drain and Jacuzzi-brand toilet. Val was the most helpful, as she managed my order from when I first walked-in. We ran into, simple but still, problems with locating the tub and toilet. Then Val wrangled-in Dave and Dave took over looking for my tub while Val worked on processing the payment. Then another problem, the payment didn't process entirely because of certain holds put on my order in order to protect from possible fraud because it's an online order that involved two deliveries from the supplier to Lowe's in Greenland (the toilet and drain were shipped to Lowe's for pick-up by me after I 'paid'online). So they needed another form of payment different than that used during the online order. Luckily, I had a card, but otherwise what that would have meant is the following: the tub had been charged correctly online, I could take that, but the toilet and drain would have been left behind because I technically hadn't paid for them online because of the hold process I described. To process my card, Val wrangled in Megan and she saved the day because she managed to get my card processed correctly for the remainder of the purchase without double-charging me for the tub and despite the computer's numerous rejections of my card because of, again, the issue with the hold process. This otherwise would have, again, resulted in the drain and toilet being left-behind at the stored unpaid for and up for grabs by someone else. Meanwhile, during all this, Dave was super busy being helpful putting my bathtub in my truck, and he also got Scott. Scott was great and set-off looking for my toilet because that hadn't been located yet. He managed to find it and wheeled it out and helped put it on my truck with Dave while Megan had finished my transaction and had me sign-off. It was a long experience, but it all turned-out correct. That's what matters to me. So for that I give 5 stars. I'll be back for sure.

They have been so great during Covid about having my orders ready at customer service. I do, however, wish they made wearing a mask mandatory like Macy's has. It's good business and healthier for customers and store employees.

Sales person in the garden department directed me a half price alternative to what I was considering. Not only did I save money, I am happier with what she suggested. Happier and less cost , how can you beat that.......
