I LOVE COMING TO THE BIG APPLE IN MY AM ROUTINE!! THE MANAGER AMANDA HAS SUCH A GREAT STAFF UNDERNEATH HER, THERES NOT A WORD TO DESCRIBE THE ATMOSPHERE IN THE STORE WHEN SHE AND THE MORNING PPL ARE THERE!!! ABSOLUTELY BLESSED TO START MY DAY LIKE THIS EACH TIME!!

Very friendly! Thank you to the gentleman at Rimo's Grill who gave my two boys a free sweet treat when we came in. You made our day!

Good price for gas. Staff cool. Bathroom ok. Lots of road food at usual prices

Hello, I was the assistant manager here. My manager was awesome until the company showed no interest in retaining her or myself. Speaking of which, the upper management is not only full of themselves and don't get anything done, they fail to live up to their word, won't show up to get what the store needs doing done, but then expect the cashier's to do all the management stuff for no extra pay or training. This company should be ashamed of itself and lack of leadership but HR doesn't care either and won't fire the terrible leaders it has because nobody is left. No one in the departments of corporate are going to help, those that are left don't care, nevermind don't know how to do the job, but expect the bottom of the barrel employees to hold the corporation together with no training. Buying anything from this store and supporting big apple is criminal to the already neglected employees and employee rights. Not only will you see barren shelves because the reps don't know how to order, but, because the territory manager doesn't care to come in and get what the store needs to done. This you can thank upper management for and not expect them to care or ever put out the product you wanted. So, my best advice is to literally go to any other store before 11 pm, don't support the trash corporation that is CN brown.

I stood in line for 10 minutes, with both registered closed but with employees at them, without a single word said to me to let me know what was going on. When I finally got to the counter, I was greeted with extreme attitude! I am so appalled by my one and only experience here that I will NEVER be returning. I will literally run out of gas in the parking lot and call my AAA for gas before I give this store another cent.

Absolutely terrible experience. We went on a Friday evening. After purchasing gas, we took our toddler into the bathroom to change her. We were verbally abused by the clerk behind the counter who screamed at us for having more than one adult in the bathroom while we were accompanying our child. We then attempted to leave while the clerk berated us to other customers. Do not bring children or families here.

Why I so hard for store employees to shut lottery scanner down to see if that's the issue. I'm really tired lazy people
