Dr. Chern and her office is top notch. She always allows enough time to complete all procedures and answer any questions. I’ve never felt rushed. She has steady hands and a very calm demeanor. I’m NOT a fan of the dental chair….and somehow she puts me at ease and I’m in and out with no complaints. The end results are 100% top shelf. I would and will return. Highly recommend. I went for a prophylaxis to Dr. Chern's office. The visit went seamlessly. She completed the procedure thoroughly, performed comprehensive periodontal evaluation and addressed all my additional questions. I'll be back.

Dr. Chern made me feel at ease and took her time explaining the procedures that I had come in for, which were a dental exam, cleaning, and whitening. Dr. Chern has outstanding service, and is highly knowledgeable of dentistry across the board. All staff was incredibly professional, and made you feel very comfortable. Dr. Chern was just fantastic! I was referred to her by my regular Dentist as she was our of town, and she genuinely not only went above and beyond to see me immediately, but also helped me find the right emergency surgeons to operate on me withing the following 24 hrs.

UPDATE: Never did I think a year ago when I first became a patient of Dr. Chern that I would be praising her for a brand new smile! Dr. Chern completely transformed my appearance and confidence with porcelain upper and lower veneers. My receding gums were corrected, also. Her skills and talent are above and beyond. The entire experience was pleasant, exciting and I wish I'd met her sooner. Her staff also deserves an A+. Highly recommend her to everyone!

Dr Chern was in Brooklyn and I went to other dentist because her moved to Manhattan made it difficult to travel. After seeing her when she was in Brooklyn there is no one like her bedside manners , honesty and caring approach that I had no problem traveling back to her office now in Manhattan. Her professionalism is a rarity. All professionals should model her.
I saw Dr again 6/24/22. She is the best wow wow, she needs to be recognized by the world what a Gem.
As always I saw her December 29th, 2022 and as usual never disappointed . She is excellent and anyone interesting in seeing her you will not regret it
July 12th 2023 again she never disappointing . She is awesome. Great bedside manners and she is very honest in her dealing with me. Clean office and her staff well mannered as well.

Dr. Chern is so friendly and a great dentist! She is always on time and I feel very comfortable in her chair. Denise at the front desk always gives me a warm welcome! So good for general visits, Invisalign, and whitening!

Dr. Chern is one of the best dentists that I’ve ever been to. I had the pleasure of doing a zoom whitening and a white spot treatment with her and they were both such enjoyable visits. From beginning to end, I felt very comfortable and at ease with the whole staff. Everyone is personable, greets you by your first name and goes above and beyond. I love my results and I would definitely go back in a heartbeat. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Chern to everyone!

I just got home from a visit with Dr. Chern and my husband asked me, " How'd it go?" In all honesty I said "Dr. Chern's the greatest, we are so lucky to have found her". She is delightful personally, and deeply cares about her dental practice and her patients. She's cutting edge, never rushed, thorough, and is kinda nerdy about dentistry--which I love :-) The office is well run, I barely ever wait more than 5-10 minutes for my appointment if she's running behind. I highly recommend her practice.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Inna Chern. Although I was uncomfortable with dentistry in general, Dr. Chern helped me to feel at ease by walking me through the procedure step by step. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend to others.

Her office is very modern, and I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes for her to see me. She is never in a rush, and I always get excellent customer service from everyone around.
