Incredibly helpful Pharmacist and techs! They helped find us the best prices on critical prescriptions while we were waiting for our RX insurance to start. Above and beyond. Thank you

I pulled up in the drive thru early without realizing it. Ryan pulled down the sign that said they open in 20 minutes and served me. That goes a long way and really made me feel like he cares. Kelly is always great too, we've transferred all our family needs here because of the personal service.

The pharmacists at the Liberty Walgreens are always extremely helpful. They have answered so many questions from this nervous mom about my kids' medications. Especially Kelly and Elaine. Thank you!

Great service

Sometimes there good and Sometimes HORRIBLE! Such as, they tell me that my prescriptions have not been called in by my doctor when I call my doctor they say it has. It turns out that it was on there voice mail the whole time. I have no clue when my flu shot is due when I get it from walgreens but Meijer Pharmacy calls me and tells me that I'm due for it and they are not even my Pharmacy.

I was checking out and the 20 ish cashier girl was trying to text as she waited on me. I was offended. She had dark hair streaked with red. Glasses

I ordered a photo book online, my first time, it said it would be ready at 6:35pm. I come to store at 7pm and I saw my pages were still in the printer. There's no one at the photo center, I have to go ask the front cashier for help. The photo clerk comes and says to give her five minutes. She puts it together then tells me I have to leave it laying flat for 15 minutes because it's still drying. This was a gift that I was picking up on my way before the party. Doesn't apologize once for not having the book ready on time. I won't order a book to pick up at this location again.

I agree with other reviewer this is about COVID testing. I had to get test done and I still do not have results. I had other results before in 24 hours. VERY SLOW! If you need resuts quickly go elsewhere.

Only good thing here is the pharmacy. You don't want to step into the store for anything else.

More pharmacy issues. They say a prescription will be ready at a certain time. But sometimes the next day or even 2, they don’t start filling it until you show up. And in some cases, they no longer have the medicine. If you would have filled it when you said, you would have been able to give it to me.

We have had the worst service at this Walgreens pharmacy. Tonight we were treated so rudely by Marissa who obviously doesn't want to be at work! Trying to find a different pharmacy to use as this is the third time we have been treated rudely, not only by the staff but also by the customer service person that called us back. Not worth our time and they don't deserve our money.
