Warhammer

Awesome place! A lot of people were saying they went and there were no employees but for me that wasn't the case. I went in about 30 minutes before close and the very wonderful gentleman working there got up and introduced himself and was so kind and helpful. He helped me with all of my tyranid related questions and let me know the prices on everything. Would 100% recommend this place!

Very clean and ordered store space. Was able to easily locate spray primers and purchase what I was looking for. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Good experience as a customer.

Came to Ohio for a weekend trip and popped in. Excellent service and even after a super busy weekend they still had plenty of great product including new releases. Manager was awesome. Walked out with $200 worth of great GW product and a lot of excitement to set it all up.

This is a great store with a lot of neat items for people interested in learning more about the Warhammer hobby. David is really friendly, and always happy to answer questions about painting, rules, events, etc. I attended their new gamer event this Saturday and received a lot new information and a cool swag bag. Highly recommend!

Everything that you can need in a GW store and helpful staff. Good space good stock good programs and opportunities. Check him out and learn how to start the miniature game hobby!

Update: I would downgrade the store but it is not the owners fault. I've been merely to pick up a pot of paint during a small break and he wasn't open: only one employee at a time seems criminal.

Still a great store to get a feel for the emense awesomeness of miniature hobby / wargames and Games Workshops universes / fiction!

I went in today wanting to finally purchase some items to get into the Warhammer 40k hobby. Knowing very little about the hobby I had a lot of questions, luckily, Danny (the gentleman working there) was able to answer all of my questions and then some. He made me feel a lot more comfortable about making the initial investment and spent almost two hours with me teaching me not only how the game works but how the best way to go about building and painting my models. The store was clean, organized and inviting as apposed to other gaming stores I have visited in the Columbus area. I'm very glad I was able to have this experience because it made the first step of getting into the game much easier and exciting than I had originally anticipated.

From the moment I walked in this store, Danny made me feel welcome and valued. Whether answering questions on paint schemes and modeling or genuine conversation, this store is run with passion and the inclusiveness that a gaming store should have. I highly recommend stopping in if you are looking to get into the hobby or are an old hat with it, either way there is a place for everyone here to flourish!

As I entered the store, I was greeted by the most friendliest guy. He introduced me to the products and even gave me a quick tutorial on how to paint a model.
Store was clean and smelled new (not one of those grungy dark stores). Excellent selection of products and fair prices. I can't wait to go back again!

An utterly spectacular time. Plenty of space inside, but Danny was extremely knowledgeable, helped my brother and I with our questions and steered us in the right direction of getting what we actually needed. Very cool place, and I hope to go back there, and this time to play a game or two.

Warhammer is a fun game played with models you assembled and paint yourself. I have been active in the hobby for a number of years and find it entertaining. Each player decides how into it they want to be. You can be a casual player by buying one of there starter sets and play it like a board game or you can really dive in and assemble mass forces of good...evil or somewhere in between. The store itself is well run and the staff at this location understands the hobby. There is a definite community feel at this store, Its worth stopping by and checking it out, if you've not seen or heard of it, it will be like nothing you have ever seen I promise. Quick note as I'm writing this review we are in the middle of covid 19, so you really can't browse the store but its still a fun thing to consider while we are all social distancing.

David was a great rep for the company. He was extremely patient with me (somebody looking to paint miniatures and not necessarily play). He also talked with my 8 year old and wife about the game. The other two customers were very nice and informative, sharing their knowledge and experiences with me.

Perhaps the thing that stuck with me the most was when I was checking out. David asked if I needed any paints or brushes to go with my figure. I don't even get that at my hobby shop or other miniature stores.

Great Place!!

Great store. Friendly staff, and also helpful. I am completely new to this hobby, so I was looking for some starter painting supplies. I also have never played. Mike and another person there played an entire round of Killteam with me and walked me through each step. It was super fun, and has made me want to finish building and painting my Killteam even more now. Cannot wait to finish up and head back for a rematch with my own team.

David was very well informed and passionate about the hobby. Helped me out alot when I went in to buy my first set and to get an idea of what I was getting into. Highly recommend this store especially for anyone new to the hobby.

5/5 for the staff alone! Prices are never great at Warhammer official stores, but Mike was awesome when he worked there and Danny is awesome now. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and involved in the community.

I’m brand new to the hobby for 40k and Patrick was very nice and welcoming and helped me out a lot. They have a great selection as well.

Danny who runs the shop has been nothing but amazing at helping me get started on the Space Wolves. Lots of great tips and recommendations, I'll gladly spend my money there time after time

David is a really cool guy, patient, and for all you Chaos players he is a very knowledgable rep for Games Workshop! I am surprised they had Black Library books so you don’t have to order from the UK and check there first to save money on shipping. They had more Citadel paints available than all of the mini war gaming shops in the Columbus area!

My boyfriend takes forever in the store but that is a compliment since they have a wide selection of other forces. I’m an Eldar player and David got me to start a Ynnead force. We purchased codex books, audio CD, and novels. I collect models from England, Warhammer 30k forces from Raven Guard to Space Wolves along with Horus Heresy Primarch statues.

There are some rare gems in the store library collection like certain hardcover novels. I drive literally 45 mins up north it is our favorite Warhammer 40k store. If you are a new player to this game, you will learn a lot from David and can paint your models or play a game. The store has awesome deals with Start Collecting box sets! Go pay a visit!! ;)
