As expected a great variety of cards and a couple of helpful ladies when I had questions.

Some of the jewlery is a little pricey, but some of the bracelets like fahlo are definitely worth it.

Love this store! The staff is always happy to help and pleasant to deal with. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my holiday card needs. Plus, they have a large selection of gift and decor items.

I mean, it's a Hallmark store, and it's everything you expect one to be. This particular location is staffed with very helpful and sweet ladies. We were looking for a birthday card for a great grandpa, which have proven difficult to find elsewhere - we were immediately asked what we were looking for and shown directly to what we needed! They had a lot of cute fall decor and OSU gear - if I hadn't had my husband and 5 month old with me, I could've browsed awhile!

Really nice Hallmark, still independently owned. Staff always friend and helpful: willing to call other stores as needed. They carry a whole bunch of different items. Super easy to find a gift for just about any one and a nice, big card selection.

Every time we shop here we find exactly what we need and the staff is amazingly helpful! They are quick to offer to help you find something specific and don’t just point, they lead you right to it! They make shopping during Covid less of an issue and are wonderful to suggest helpful items or ideas.

I find the Powell location very clean, neat and well organized..Sometimes it appears a little overstocked.
I cannot stand for too long at a time and they have noticed this and each time I go in they offer me a chair or offer any assistance for my comfort. It is not just the shopping and merchandise but what they offer me personally.
