I'm a little surprised to see all the negative issues. I use this location for Amazon returns frequently. I've noticed they are always well staffed and I rarely have to wait at all. It's always a scan/thank you situation. I always make sure I know how to handle the return from my responsibility, maybe others are lacking in that effort.

I usually only come here with returns or pre-labeled easy items, but this store is always well staffed and fast.

After reading some concerning reviews, I hesitated to bring in my multitude of Amazon returns. I was pleasantly greeted by the young woman who helped me. She quickly scanned all my items and provided receipt. I started getting text about returned items approved from Amazon before I was even out of the parking lot.

Always pleasant and helpful! There is a young man there that is always so sweet and provides great customer service. I had a ton of Amazon returns once had he didn’t bat an eye. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. I shipped two big boxes. The lady inside offered a dolly because I needed to bring in two large boxes and the guy she asked to help me came out to my car and got them for me. The other guy who helped me check out was super friendly. I came here and saw the reviews were less than I experienced so I will also note I am a black woman.

I returned the next day or so and there was a nice young lady who had a bit of a line going. She worked quickly and seemed to know some of the people very well. She was helpful and friendly.

I needed a fall door swag from Baker’s Village and Gift packed for checked luggage. The friendly team packed it in a sturdy box to meet airline requirements. When I got home and unpacked it, I could see their expertise and care used with the bubble wrap. The somewhat delicate silk floral arrangement was in perfect condition. Thank you , UPS Powell!

I have been shipping packages from this store for years and get exceptional service every single time. Store employees are fast, friendly and offer great customer service.

I have bought boxes, shipped boxes, had boxes packed, etc. from this store for the past several years. I have not had any issues with customer service whatsoever no matter what day or time I have brought my items in. All of the clerks I have dealt with have been friendly and helpful and have worked to find me the least expensive method of shipping and/or boxing my items. I am at a loss to explain these negative reviews unless it is a matter of only chronically disgruntled people are posting! This store has been great for years!

Amazing, Quality, Friendly, and Personal Experience Per Usual!

“ I visited this family owned UPS store in Powell, OH on 1/6/21. I must say that this was by far THE BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a very very long time. Both associates at the front counter were extremely personable. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me with a warmth,welcoming, reassured and positive attitude. I was quoted over $350 by fed ex and USPS to standard ship a couple of canvases I had painted(I’m an artist). Which was completely and utterly outside of my budget and reasoning for such a shipment. The guys over at fed ex and usps didn’t even try to work with me, or give me ideas or other options to choose from, that could possibly help knock down the cost. They just told me that’s what it was. The two gentlemen at UPS however were not only able to help provide other options, suggestions, and best practices to help keep cost as low as possible but still reasonable. But they took an immediate interest in my work. And that means everything being an artist. I’ve been to so many other establishments where I’ve mentioned me being an artist or having a certain interest and it be ignored. This means so much being a customer. Im not going anywhere else going forward to ship my art, but here! Thanks guys. You rock!”

I use this UPS location regularly and have always found the service to be fast and helpful. I am surprised by some of the negative reviews on here - this has totally not been my experience. I will even drive out of my way to come to this location because of the fast, efficient and great service that I've received.

I went in to ship a package without all the materials I needed, and the staff bent over backwards to help me get it done. Best customer service ever.

I never write reviews. The only reason I am writing this one is because I was shocked when I saw the rating when looking up their phone number today. I have always had exceptional customer service at this location. Very kind and always helpful.

I had an amazing experience yesterday at this store. Everyone went above and beyond to help me with a time-sensitive printing project. Super impressive, attentive, engaged team. Incredible customer service.

i went there today thinking i would get horrible service based on reviews here. All I can say is I got fantastic service, a friendly face and smile and it was certainly a great experience.

Have used this UPS location for 15 years. Copies, shredding, USPS mail drop and shipping. Best family run business ever. On my way there right now 🇺🇸👍.

Excellent staff always friendly and helpful. I live closer to another Like store but travel the extra few miles to do business at this location.

I have found this store to be exceptional! The staff is kind and helpful. I cant say enough good things about them.

I always have a great experience at this UPS store. I always opt to send packages here vs the Post Office or Pakmail.
