Absolutely love this location! Their service is so welcoming from the moment you enter, while walking around the store , at the register even nicer! I was taking a picture with their RIP cardboard cut out and they offered to take the picture for us and then they gave our dog Skye treats at check out! Thank you for a very clean and well stocked store , and great customer service! We are fortunate they are in our neighborhood!!!

OSH is back! Now known as Outdoor Supply Hardware & great to have back in Millbrae. Store is very well organized with a big nursery. They have everything! I can’t wait to go back...

Got help from an expert to find specific bolt and coupling in the last few minutes before closing.

i’m so glad that the owners of the new OSH saw that the store had been an overall success, that it was worth restarting. OSH has things I can’t find anywhere else.
And they seem to keep inventory up instead of running out like the bigger guys.
Stores are always pretty much spotless.
Getting in and out is much more convenient than the bigger guys.
I prefer OSH over other hardware stores, mostly because the OSH stores are more uniform. You know what you’re gonna get.

(My guess is that the former OSH’s upper management grew too large unnecessarily; too many top hats getting lots of raises - “because golfing at all the top courses plus lessons is getting so darned expensive!”, maybe.They likely didn’t know how to roll with the punches, tighten the belt, jettison the dead weight, survive at all costs. They killed the cash cow and her spoils.
I wonder what they think about what they’re seeing now.)

The new OSH is definitely panning out to be everything we missed about the old OSH.
I noticed the inventory is increasing. It makes sense that it would take a while to get all the product back on the shelves like it had been before.

It is refreshing to walk in and know that whatever you need there is a knowledgeable person to help you that will give you all of the information you need to make an informed choice. And you won't find nicer people! Miss Nelda makes me feel like family every time I come in. Something you won't find online.

Great place to shop outdoor and indoor supplies! Staffs are always friendly and helpful.

If you have questions and want correct answers and great customer service, ask for Milton. He is very, very knowledgeable and will take his time answering any of your questions. I personally think he should be hired to train some of the other staff there! Thank you Milton!

Lot of parking. Very helpful staff. I walked in with OSH 5mins before closing with an urgent need for bolts but was not sure which size I needed. The staff took their time, helped me find what I needed. Excellent variety of product. Smart helpful staff.

You know how the general hardware section (nuts bolts screws etc) at home depot and lowes is always a disorganised mess? Not here. Staff are also knowledgeable and want to help you. The whole customer experience is just better here.

I go here cause I live in the community. Plus you can always find parking. The guys in the hardware department, nursery area, plumping and electrical department are knowledgeable in their fields. To top it off the staff are really helpful and friendly.

The store is clean and we'll stocked, the staff is knowledgeable and more than helpful. The prices are high in some departments, and low in others. All in all, I recommend you check out Outdoor Supply Hardware.

Really enjoyed recent visit to the store. Well stocked and reasonably priced. The gardening section and plant and flower collection is really nice. The staff are very friendly and cooperative.

This is an awesome location so happy that outdoor hardware is taking over the space that OSH/Lowe’s fully renovated and then abandoned. I hope they can find and rehire some of their previous employees, who were knowledgeable and friendly, and who kept the store so pristine (I’m looking at you Lowes of San Bruno, which seems to have given up keeping a neat store. I suppose it’s not easy running a hardware store right next to BART when the police (or prosecutors?) don’t bother with shoplifters and many people are desperate these days). Anyhoo, welcome back to Millbrae!!!

Really nice to have a good hardware store locally again after Orchard closed we were stuck with the big box stores and finally outdoor supply hardware opened up was there early Sunday morning for the opening and the stores fantastic super clean a lot of the original employees back and it was real enjoyable to walk thru the store and see how it was all laid out I think they’ll do really well and also a great garden center and don’t forget to check out the Soda Rack

It is so great to have a local hardware store back in Millbrae. OSH has everything I need for most jobs and is a joy to visit. It's so convenient to get everything locally. I'm sure there will be many weekends where I make more than one trip to OSH.

Smaller than Lowes or Home Depot, but in a good way. I can find most home hardware and tools that I need whether it be a sprinkler head or a light bulb.

So thankful with outdoor supply Hardware for reviving the old Orchard hardware store! I find stuff in this store that I cannot find @ lowes or home depot! Its will organize and carry more brand name tools, misc stuff...

Not too crowded. It's a big complex with a wide variety of household and repair items and tools. Go-to for quality products fairly priced.

We went in to get a new key made. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The environment was organized, clean, and relaxed.

i must say the product display and organization
of individual products is outstanding ,customer service is top notch.
products that are available is very lucrative and if you cant find what you are looking for i would be surprised.
