Our project involves tearing down our existing house and building a new one on a hillside lot. We had originally hired a different architect and went all the way to securing our planning permit. A process that had taken us well over two years. Then we searched for a builder and after interviewing several construction companies, we selected Greenberg Construction. However, Greenberg educated us on two critical factors that we had not fully considered: (1) construction costs and tradeoffs, (2) practical living. Greenberg’s integrated architecture, design and planning personnel, as well as their integrated technology services gave us the confidence to completely redesign our architectural plans and to go through the permit process for a second time. We made this difficult decision based on our new confidence to achieve significantly higher value and a comfortable living space. Indeed, Greenberg Design Gallery worked with us to achieve our true and realistic dream design within a matter of weeks, and they provided such complete documentation that our journey to achieve a second planning permit was very smooth. Throughout the architectural design process, we never felt pressure to minimize design changes, and in fact the only pressure we felt was our own construction budget limitation. Equally important was Greenberg Design Gallery’s use of technology and integrated software applications. For example, Greenberg Design used in-house 3D renderings to enable us to quickly visualize and accept or reject new ideas. And the integration between the architecture team, interior designer, cabinet designer, project management and other engineering services led us to save a great deal of money as everyone was on the same page based on their unified IT platform. We have since secured our planning and building permits and have already started the construction phase with Greenberg Construction. We are confident to overcome any challenges along the way based on the integrity and commitment to excellence that we have observed so far.

Stopped by Greenberg Design Gallery last week. Honestly, it was just to browse and get ideas, but man, was I blown away! Jazmin greeted me right away, and her friendly chat set the tone. I found some fantastic Italian modern cabinets made by Nova Cucina (thanks to Marine) that would look PERFECT in my kitchen. A shoutout to Jennifer for managing such a helpful team!

I was shopping for a replacement water softener for our home and after extensive research decided on the DROP Smart Water Softener by Chandler Systems. Greenberg Design Gallery is the only retailer / installer for this brand in Central and Northern California and I am glad that I reached out to them.

Visiting Greenberg was a game changer for my remodeling project. Michelle, the designer, has an eye! She pulled out some hardwood floor and tile samples that I hadn't even considered but ended up loving. It's rare to find a place where you feel heard, and they genuinely nailed it.

I was having a hard time deciding on plumbing fixtures (who knew there were so many?), but Marine made it feel like a walk in the park. She took the time to understand my taste, and bam! I got just what I needed. The showroom's selection is honestly impressive. Glad I visited Greenberg.

As custom home designers, we bring our clients to pick from the large variety of high end products - custom European kitchens, tile, state of the art appliances, plumbing fixtures and more. With exceptional customer service from a skilled and professional team, we highly recommend visiting for all projects.

We used Greenberg Design Gallery for our kitchen/partial house remodel and worked with Jennifer and the design team as our designers for our project.

We did not have a large space for our kitchen renovation, but Jennifer and the rest of the design team did an amazing job at maximizing our space, making it very functional and a beautiful space to cook in. They helped us design a great layout that gave us all the elements we were looking for and amazingly fit all our kitchen appliances and dishes. Our design team had thoughtful recommendations, such as: drawer dividers to keep our baking utensils and spatulas neatly organized, a workstation sink making food prep and cleanup easier, a pantry with pullout drawers for easy access to food, under cabinet outlets to create a seamless look on our quartz backsplash slab, and dimmable under cabinet and toe kick lighting to create a warm ambience. Jennifer has great attention to detail and an amazing design sense and was very pleasant to work with.

In addition to our kitchen, Greenberg Design did some work in our garage. Due to the limitations of space in our kitchen, we needed to create more storage space in our garage, which is adjacent to our kitchen. Our project manager, Ohad, had insightful recommendations to move our washer and dryer, to remove our water heater and install a tankless, and install cabinets for additional storage. Jennifer and the design team had great suggestions for the garage finishes to tie the space in nicely with our kitchen, along with adding a laundry sink. We now have a much nicer garage and laundry area and a lot more storage space.

Overall, we had an amazing experience with Greenberg Design Gallery for our projects and we will definitely hire them again for our future remodeling needs!

I purchased my outdoor kitchen and bar appliances from Unique approximately a year ago. The set included a 4-foot Alfresco grill, a large burner, four sealed cabinets, a spacious bar sink, a double trash bin, and an under-bar outdoor refrigerator. All the items have held up wonderfully and are still in excellent working condition.

We worked with Greenberg Design Gallery on a full house remodel project and could not be happier with the level of care, attention to detail and advice we received throughout. Our dedicated project manager was always available, did a great job of suggesting and assisting in material selections, as well as ordering the products. Greenberg Design Gallery have an in-house show room with different materials available and they have access to great pricing with local vendors as well, making the process easier (all materials can be picked in one place with helpful guidance) and smoother (all orders are made by the design specialist following general contractor specs). Great experience!

Three factors came into play for our project: (1) our previous interior designer had left the project mid-way, and the finishes selected went far over budget, (2) we wanted a consistent, integrated look across both the exterior and interior of the house, and (3) we wanted low-maintenance finishes. The team at Greenberg Design Gallery helped us design all the cabinetry, proposed interior and exterior finishes that were modern and low-maintenance, and worked closely with the contractor side of the house to ensure the finishes would be installed seamlessly. They managed project timelines and kept us on track w.r.t. ordering and delivery. They even proposed some finishes that weren't available at other galleries which made our project look even more unique. At the end of the day, we were able to not only reduce the cost of our finishes by 40%, we were also able to get a high-quality, good looking modern home. We are incredibly happy with Greenberg Design Gallery and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a clean, contemporary, cohesive look on their project.
