Mayflower Hills Park

My boys had a great time here this weekend! they found the course to be challenging, but fun and they are enjoying being out in nature, rather than being tied to electronics. they lost one of their discs and somebody was nice enough to contact them when they found it. I'm sure they'll be back!

Went for the disc golf. The views were amazing! The park was huge, different terrain and many different scenarios. There was a section of bamboo forest, open fields, wooded areas, streams, and hiking areas for this huge course. You could just walk the paths as well and experience it all.

My son plays Disc golf, and it is truly an amazing course here. I walked as my son played and enjoyed going from in the fields to in the woods !! Because of time, my son only played the first nine. We'll be back soon so he can play the whole course . There was a tournament going on, and lots of laughing out on the course !!

Love the new disc golf course! Be ware of ticks and these black telephone pole stumps (see pic below). It's $3 to play but it is definitely worth it, and dont worry about cash you can pay online.

Bravo to Roanoke City/County Parks and Rec! This place is like sitting in Nirvana on a crisp morning with my coffee and dog. I just found out it's rated 40th in the Nation for disc golf. Extremely proud of you guys and so privileged to reap the rewards of your hard work.

Disc golf course is challenging- it was a workout just walking the course. Great layout- well worth the trip!

Open field, disc golf, nice place to bring kids

This is the best disc golf course in a large radius. I'm not an advanced player by any means, but with multiple teepads, multiple pin positions, and such variation in terrain and distance, Mayflower provides birdie chances for me while still challenging better players. Even with a creek running through it all, there was very little mud. My only quibble is that I wish it were more stroller-friendly, since I have young kids.

Great championship disc golf course with challenging holes. Bring plenty of water in the summer, it gets hot, and be sure to wear comfortable footwear because you'll be walking up and down a lot of hills.

Awesome disc golf course that's been well cared for. Lots of fun elevation. Will gladly pay a few bucks for a course like this.

Amazing place to play Frisbee golf. One of the best courses in Roanoke by far. Plus you get in a great hike walking to each hole.

A very fun and, at times, difficult course! If you stray off course too much you can expect some serious hunting expeditions! Well worth the small donation requested to play.

Great dosc golf course! Definitely one of the most challenging courses I've ever played on, but it's very well kept and labeled.

Very nice disc golf course and playground. Thankfully has porta potty too and it was super clean!

Went there after a long day of my mom yelling at me and kicking me out. Was very peaceful. Got alot of quality time to think. 10/10 would recommend.
