The Manager and EVERY employee are exceptional!! Always greeted with a smile and they without hesitation..offer assistance without question when I need help with my large heavy shipments 2-3 times a week. Even though I don’t need to, I would drive out of my way to use this location.

Tori and Jailha (sp?) were awesome. I totally screwed up both of my returns and they fixed everything with a smile on their face. Nice to see this kind of service.

Synqua is very professional. He was able to assist me patiently with my courier needs. Would recommend getting services through him.

I absolutely love this location. Lucas was extremely nice and gave impeccable customer service. He gave me all of my options and even updated my address with ease. This location will be my home store just for the customer service.

Anyone giving a 1star review should be ignored. Chandra the manager is one of the hardest working people I've ever met and bends over backwards to accommodate everyone who asks anything of her. You cannot go wrong using this store for shipping and receiving if you are a small business or have any shipping/receiving needs. They get busy yes, but if you prepare on your end they have made so many services can be handled without waiting on full service customer needs.

I go here EVERY DAY! I work nearby and I handle business with the notary, do returns for home and office, I had the business Christmas cards printed here! My point is that these people deal with a lot each day. I see them at all hours and this place does not stop folks! Anytime of day it is busy. They accept Amazon returns, UPS shipping services, P.O. Boxes, and they provide a few USPS services as well. It’s a busy place and the people that work here are really nice people. They have shown me kindness, concern, and have helped me get money back on purchases that I shouldn’t have made in the 1st place. I rather go here than the post office. It’s much more pleasant! They just go that extra mile with packaging, shipping, notarization, printing, copying, and all the other services that they provide. Try going in with a smile and see if that doesn’t change your experience.

I have nothing but praise for Chandra, Manager at this location. She was an example of outstanding customer service and professionalism. I had a lost package (sending to a granddaughter at college) on October 2022 which was to be addressed by the previous Manager. After many trips and months, to my surprise I met a new Manager, Chandra. She was professional, caring and determined to help me get the compensation originally promised. I experienced her making many calls to UPS (with lots of pushback), multiple faxes, etc. She documented everything and finally was able to give me my check on April 27th. I was in customer service for 33 years and she should definitely get an At-A-Girl!!!!

I have been a UPS box holder at this location for about 2+ years. Based on the amount of traffic this location sees, I cannot believe the level or professionalism and patience that the employees possess. The manager is friendly and is usually at the front desk, assisting his employees. It is hard to consider going anywhere else as they have set the tone for my expectations. Great job to the staff members there! To ALL mail carriers and handlers, I commend you :)

You simply will not find a better staff than the one at this store. These folks go above and way beyond to accommodate the customer and make sure that we receive top notch care. I pass 2 UPS stores to get to this one and I will continue to do so. I have been a box holder for 11 years and it’s been a wonderful experience! Thank you Patrick, Chandra, Goren, and the new guy!

I use this place to send packages and to send back packages to Amazon, and they have consistently been good - friendly, competent workers, vs. right across the street, the FedX is sometimes great but sometimes poor, depending on the person you get. This UPS office is consistently good.

I had a great experience using this ups store. Chandra assisted me and she was wonder plus helpful. They all had good customer service, and worked fast. I definitely will be going back when I need stuff done

Lucas here is fantastic and knows what he is doing. And super helpful!!!

I've been by twice and received great friendly service. My first visit was close to closing and was still helped efficiently and politely. Even checked to make sure my copies were quality before charging me. Appreciate the professionalism and will refer others to this location.

They go out their way to help you no matter how busy they are. I can't thank them enough for their help and kindness.
