This restaurant is always packed, and there's a reason. The employees go above and beyond, and this place is run like a well-oiled machine. We dined inside this time, but I will say that even though the drive-through always looks chaotically busy, the wait time is never bad, because the employees are so efficient. These guys got it all figured out!

Wonderful experience. I had my refilled lemonade with a smile! Everyone was kind and pleasant! The actual restaurant was impeccably clean and organized.
A very pleasant diligently made sure the stations were stocked up with enough ketchup, mustard, jellies, napkins, sugars, Splenda.... it was all there at your service! She then proceeded to clean/decontamimate a recently-occupied table. Definitely a must-go-to place if you're hungry! The setting is more spacious than before. And the ambiance was above and beyond! Thank you!!!!

My day started off horrible. I woke up late, was late to work, and to make matters worse.. when I got into my car my tank was nearly empty, so that slowed me down even more. So much was going wrong this morning. Obviously due to this I didn’t even have time to pack lunch, so I decided to pick up CFA for lunch today, normally I do curbside but today I decided to pick up inside and I’m glad I did. The staff here is amazing.. I was asked by multiple employees if I had been helped already, asked how my day was, and they were just so helpful. It really brightened up my day. You all are great, all that you do does not go unseen, your positive energy truly brightened up my day. Keep doing what you do.

This place is amazing. Service is always quick along with online orders being given to us that are perfect and hot. The food is good, and my kids love it. Staff is always helpful and friendly, and they always make sure you have everything you need.

I am beyond impressed with their exceptional service!

In the midst of a hectic week before Thanksgiving, I needed to place a last-minute catering order around 11:30 a.m.

The young woman who answered the phone exhibited remarkable professionalism and kindness, immediately putting me at ease. She not only accepted my urgent request but also ensured every detail of my order was correct, reflecting their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Upon my arrival at the restaurant at around 12:30 p.m., I was warmly greeted by the staff on the floor. Each one made sure I was being assisted, showcasing a heartwarming team spirit.

My catering order was promptly brought out, complete with thoughtful additions of cups, plates, and napkins. Despite the rain, the staff graciously offered to carry my order to my car, a gesture that truly went above and beyond!

The pleasantness and helpfulness of the staff were remarkable. Their top-notch customer service is a testament to the outstanding culture of service at this location.

Furthermore, when I contacted them by phone on December 4, 2023, to retrieve a misplaced receipt, the manager was incredibly efficient and helpful. He promptly located my order and emailed me a PDF copy of the receipt, which speaks volumes about their efficient and customer-friendly service even after the sale.

This experience at the Frederick Chick-fil-A has set a new standard for customer service excellence. The combination of delicious food and extraordinary service has made me a lifelong customer.

I cannot thank them enough for not just fulfilling my order but for making my day with their kindness and efficiency.

After a long day - we used the app to order food. Upon arrival we joined the drive thru line and got our food promptly. Our food was hot, and everything we ordered.

The service is the best ever!! Every time we visit we are treated the same no matter what. Food is always on Par!!

I don’t often come to chic fil a, but my son and I came to eat in and will be coming more after such a pleasant trip. I ordered a milkshake, and a lovely young man named David brought it over, and upon seeing me situating my son, immediately went and got me a straw so I didn’t have to get up. Then I assume a manager, Rob, came over to check on us, he was so polite and engaging. He went beyond out of his way to make our experience better, and was genuinely happy to do so. As well, the placemats for kids are awesome. Everything was warm and delicious, thank you for making my night easier!

Chick fill A is our favorite place to have breakfast or lunch 🥗 we love the food they are very fast organized and very nice , I love my frozen limonade si have to drive 20 minutes sometimes only to buy my frozen limonade and now they have the mango frozen drink is amazing love it but is only for the summer. I highly recommend this amazing place .

The service was great and most of the time, they get my order correct. I highly recommend them.

Love this place. Drive through is a but unprofessional at times either the attendants are too busy joking around and the order of cars gets scrambled..and or extra items like honey mustard or salt are missed time and time again.

For a busy pre holiday monday, with lots of shoppers out, it was very busy. But staff kept the lines moving quickly, and our order was served hot and quickly.

Its chickfila cant go wrong lol lines are long as usual lol chicken was a lil dry but still good. And its over expensive for the sizes cant get a large milkshake but gotta pay those price still and this is like a quarter of a dry brownie come on lol

This is one of the best Chick-fil-A that I have been to. Great service, high quality and consistent food.

For once it was not super busy, just busy. The space inside is always a little tight, but the food and service were good. Some of the best lemonade that you will find in fast food. I jave never been a waffle fry fan but my 15 year old daughter said they were good.

Clean, Nice workers, I have no idea how they were able to serve a bus of 56 kids in about 15 minutes, but they did.

The staff was very friendly and I got my food very quickly.

I came in yesterday (5/26/23) and placed a very large order. I warned the young lady taking the order before I began but she didn't miss a beat and took my order with a smile. She was so pleasant as were all the team members putting together the order - which was, by the way, lightening fast! I didn't get anyone's names but it was roughly 1:30 pm on 5/26/23 at the Urbana location. You guys rock!!! As I was walking out, I made the remark of how nice everyone was here to the lady behind me - she agreed! Thank you for the customer service. It is rare these days and very appreciated.

Fast service and all the food was hit when delivered to us.
