Panera Bread

Extremely fast and friendly service! Our sandwiches were perfectly prepared. The staff were all very friendly.

My only complaint is that the tables, chairs and benches all need to be cleaned. Most of the tables had dried food and or were covered in crumbs since they had just opened for the day there was no excuse. Night shift needs to step up on closing.

Always superb Soufflé and recently we tried their lobster sandwich, it was good. Cold sandwich for a hot day!!

I'm a Panera fan so I've been to several ones in Virginia and Maryland. This is one of the good ones. I love Panera baguettes that are served with soups and theirs is most of them time warm, which means they are actually constantly baking them; and I've come here repeatedly at different hours. The staff is always nice and efficient. I often see the manager step in when the place is super busy and even when it's not, if he sees you waiting he'll take your order. Waiters would offer to take off your dishes if you are finished and they are cleaning around.

Loved the Avocado Turkey BLT. It really was exceptional. Steer clear of the Greek salad thou,. Today mine for some reason tasted like it was made yesterday.

Ordered online and picked up an order. The food was really good. The lines of people waiting to order made it hard to get to the pickup area.

Tried the chicken sandwich today. Was really great. Had the broccoli and cheddar soup with it, my favorite. Busy but line went quickly and food came right up. Only bad side, tables all needed to be wiped down. Luckily we had some disinfectant wipes to clean our table.

Just did a pick up at the new Panera in Urbana and it was a lovely experience. Clean, beautifully decorated and our food was ready on time. Oh and I LOVE the Black Forest Ham and Gouda Melt. SO GOOD!!!

Always great - casual, family friendly as well as always a place to be private or alone.

Really great service. They had an issue getting my Reward to work so they just made the sandwich for me rather than keep me waiting.

I love their food! Always feels good to eat good lunch.

One of my Favorite places! Food is constantly delish!! Was here in the middle of the day Wednesday and DANG it was busy!! Don't people work anymore, lol!

Good place to have a quick snack. Like the other Panera Bread, the food is really good here. I am happy with the customer service.

My experience with this new location was great. Friendly staff, hot coffee, fresh muffins, and a clean, environment.

Food is always fresh and tasty. Using a time tested menu, Panera never disappoints. Want a Fall weather treat? Try a cookie and hot chocolate (large, of course).

I was in a crunch this morning & needed a quick breakfast for 20 people. I was lucky and got DEBBIE on the phone, talk about a real life angel. She was so helpful & kind and even offered me a coffee while I waited for my large to-go order. She made my Monday :) thank you Debbie!

If the place is not crowded the service is pretty fast, the food is good, I usually order the pick 2 (soup and sandwich) and my kids loves the Mac and cheese cheddar soup with a side of bread, you can have the typical Pepsi brand drinks or try the "agua fresca" which I like the most. As a suggestion you could sign in for the Panera reward and get some free pastry.

Update: if you want a faster service, order online and pick up your order inside, sit down and enjoy.

Didn't get things right, but they bent over backwards to correct it quickly and make our experience as perfect as possible. In my mind that should merit a 5 star rating anywhere. Love Panera ... and you will toooo

I love this Panera Bread. The service is fast. The employees are kind and courteous. I made a mistake once and they replaced it with no complaints. I will definitely keep coming to this location as long as the service stays remarkable.
