This spa is absolutely amazing!! Super relaxing from the moment you walk in. I had both a facial and the swedish massage. Once you're checked in, they take you back to a waiting area.. the package I bought, I received a robe and slippers to change into, which makes the experience even better. They sit and talk with you about areas you would like focused on and what's causing the issue. During the massage, they make sure the pressure applied is okay and doesn't hurt. They will work with you to make sure you're relaxed. Afterward, or even before, they will bring you a warm neck wrap to relax even further and some hot tea. The Zen tea is the best!! I will definitely be back!!

Anna, my masseuse, was incredibly skilled and attentive, ensuring every moment was pure relaxation. The ambiance was tranquil, and the staff went above and beyond to create a soothing atmosphere. The Spa is very comfortable and inviting. All treatment spaces are comfortable, clean, and soothing. A very relaxing experience that always exceeds my expectations.

This spa is my favorite way to treat myself . I’ve gone for several treatments and even have my next booked already. The seasonal specials are fun to look forward too and I loved the cinnamon and coffee body treatment. The atmosphere is also very relaxing with a nice sitting area to sit and changing rooms with showers and lockers. The time I spend here really is an escape.

ALEXANDRA is a talented massage therapist and truly strives to make your experience at her Spa relaxing and healing. I always feel much better when I leave! If you need a facial, ask for VIOLETA! She will make you look and feel like a new person and give you some tips for home skincare. I got the royal treatment and people def noticed a difference after my facial! The professionals at the Spa love their work and are genuinely kind and attentive to your concerns. They even gave me a bonus on my Birthday, what's not to LOVE about City?! I went again this year for my Birthday and Violeta took GREAT care of me :-)

The spa is quite far from my home, but as soon as I entered, I immediately felt a welcoming atmosphere with music, pleasant scents, and a beautiful, cozy environment. They offered me water with lemon and cucumber, provided a warm neck wrap, and I was already starting to relax. The massage therapist asked about my issues and used a synergy stone during the massage. I even fell into a deep sleep during the session. During the facial, I relaxed even further. When I left the spa, I felt as if I were floating, and a day later, I experienced a surge of energy. It was fantastic! They provide an effective service, considering my specific needs. I'm planning to visit the spa at least once a month to feel rejuvenated and happy."

My previous spa experience is the Red Door Spa (now out of business) so I'd say I came in with high expectations. I scheduled 3 services through the website app. One specialty service I couldn't find in the app so I put it in the memo section, and they called me later to schesule the correct service. Super helpful over the phone.

When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and led to the back changing room with robes, slippers and lockers. It was very clean and well maintained. I waited in a softly lit waiting room with calm music playing while I waited to get started. My first service was a massage. We talked a little about what I was looking for and I was offered an upgrade to CBD oil, which I accepted. I appreciated the offer, and I liked that it was offered but it didn't feel pushy to me. My massage was wonderful and she listened when I said I preferred a heavy pressure. Second was a salt scrub, which was incredible - back to the changing room for the shower after that one, and the third service was a facial. I was again offered a small upgrade. The aesthetician felt a different facial was appropriate and I appreciated her expertise.

All in all, I'd say this was a really relaxing experience, really high end and totally worth every penny. This will be where I come for my regular spa treatments from now on!
