I had an appointment today for a CT Limited (Cone Beam CT Cast). Susan, who took the image, was so nice and gentle. Catherine was also very kind and assisted Susan. There was another lady in the room whose name I didn't catch. I also met Pura, who introduced herself—she was very sweet. The front desk staff were all friendly and professional. Overall, the experience was pleasant and quick.

I've had great experience here! I had my first new patient appointment with Dr.Stringer and her assistant Susan who were both very nice and made me feel calm during the visit. They did X-Rays and let me know what my treatment plan would be and made sure I fully understood what they will be doing. I went back for 4 fillings shortly after, which I was very nervous about because I had very deep cavities. Dr.Badakhshan and Susan made me feel at ease the whole time and it wasn't painful at all once I was numbed up. I was happy to see Susan again. The fillings feel great, and im happy I'm in no pain. I fully recommend them for any of your dental needs!

I receive beautiful service. I’ve been coming here for 3 years, in those three years, I’ve been given the best cleaning I’ve ever had by Mikaela, Paige has been very thorough with communication during the process with Dr.B while we figure out what was going on with a cracked tooth, which has ended me with treatment resolving my concerns while also teaching me about the deeper layers of the tooth and nerve. Dr. T provided excellent excellent orthodontic service for my daughter, provided her with grace to go about things at a pace comfortable with her. The list goes on. I’ve received a root canal here, many cleanings, a couple crowns. If I was to ever love going to a dentist, the environment here is supportive, clean, an aesthetic. Next I’m in for a night guard fitting. Thank you front desk for being friendly and for the scheduling grace.

I have been going to PearlFection Dentistry since moving to Frederick 5 years ago, and during that time have required some significant dental work. I have been blessed with seeing Dr. B (Badakhshan) and Susan over the years. Last week in particular was a complicated appointment in order to get a crown, and for a number of reasons I could not be sedated beyond Novocain. While I hesitated to proceed, my experience with Susan and Dr. B led me to proceed with the procedure (a bit reluctantly, because I am a total wimp when it comes to dental work) and I am very happy that I did. Susan was very caring and took multiple checkpoints to ensure I was comfortable. Dr. B explained every step of the process so I was informed as to what was happening next. While I went into this procedure with great hesitation, I am very pleased with both the outcome and the experience.

I am very happy to recommend Susan and Dr. B at PearlFection. They are a super duo!

I’ve had a lifelong fear of dentists, and ny experiences with going to a dentist have always involved just muscling through my discomfort the entire time. I had a great experience today at Pearlfection. Usually my most dreaded portion of any dentist appointment (it’s my own fault, I know I need to floss more) the cleaning. But today Danielle worked on my teeth and was the first person who identified that I had left over glue from braces from 10+ years ago. She took the time to diligently remove this from my teeth and they feel so much better. She was so nice and easy to (open mouth) talk to. So shoutout to Danielle for making me feel good walking out of my appointment today, I’m looking forward to seeing Danielle again!

I have been away for 6 years due our daughter becoming a dentist then moving to Nashville. Susan and Dr Stringer made me feel very welcome to be back. They are very professional and personal. I would highly recommend them and the practice.

Dr. Stringer and her assistant Susan are the best! I was a new patient and Susan was very welcoming and kind and made me feel comfortable esp when she guided me carefully while she took the scans/xray. I had an incredible experience at my first appointment. Dr. Ej Stringer was so kind and patient with me and the assistant Susan... I cannot say enough good things about her! I have some anxiety at the dentist and these 2 made it so comfortable for me. Getting my X-rays was quick and easy, once the doctor came in her and Susan spent a few minutes talking together to go over the course of action. Then they put everything on a large screen and explained in detail what they found. They were calm and patient and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed even tho I was the last patient. I felt like they truly cared about me AND my finances which you don't always find! Thank you for everything ladies!!!!

Pearlfection has the best employees! Reception was very friendly, nice, and professional. My hygienist, Danielle, was especially great! Easy to talked to, engaged in conversation, answered questions, and gave wonderful advice. It was my first time there and the first impression was incredible! I’d recommend PeralFection to anyone and especially kids! Danielle was careful with my teeth as well as my comfort!

Dr.Canby and his assistants Katie and Paige were an amazing team!! They were kind, talked me through every process, even held my hand when I was nervous. It was a lot easier than i anticipated. I never thought a root canal can be calming until today. Make sure to go here for all your root canal needs and ask for this awesome duo!

I had a new patient appointment yesterday, and it was a lovely experience. The practice is lovely, and there is plenty of friendly, attentive staff. Susan took my X-Rays and images and she is a delight- warm, friendly, funny, and an expert at all of the machinery. Dr. Stringer looked over my images and checked my teeth, and she was kind and thorough. She showed me every area of concern, and gave me options, like the pros and cons of having my permanent retainer removed. I had my first cleaning today, and the hygienist was also nice, and gave me some good product suggestions. Happy to make this practice my permanent dentist.

Everyone was extremely nice and the office is beautiful. Dr. Stringer was very thorough and spent time with me, didn't feel rushed. And her assistant Susan was great! I have a very small mouth and anxiety with dentists, yet she was patient with the oral xrays knowing I gag alot & she was very empathetic to my emotions. As someone with health issues & anxiety, it made a huge difference and Susan especially, put me at ease. I highly recommend them!

Having the pleasure of two crown procedures with Dr. Huang and Katrin, I am happy that it was this dynamic duo doing the work. From explaining the multiple steps of the process (I am always very curious how things work) to helping you feel comfortable from start to finish, I would highly recommend scheduling these two for any procedure of this nature.

Great dental practice. The assistant Susan was amazing and the dentist/Dr. Stringer was friendly and very thorough. After having an awful dentist experience with my previous dentist, I am thankful to find this great team at pearlfection.

Over all end to end experience for the first visit was perfect. Dr. Stringer was really kind to explain in detail with my current concern and road to care. Susan was exceptional to ask right questions and assist in the process.

Dr. Chi and Katrin are a good team who work well together. Dr. Chi is an empathetic professional who demonstrated an intensity of caring to provide the best outcome for my treatment plan. His skills are equally matched by his honesty. When an extraction was included in the plan, he recommended we save the tooth and pursue another course of action, which he did successfully. He explained options of care with clarity and patience so this impatient patient could understand.

Phenomenal experience and patient engagement by Dr Stringer and her assistant Susan. Susan took her time to explain the procedures for my exams which was easy to understand and follow. Susan is very welcoming and warm towards her client.
