I recently visited Lowe's for some home improvement supplies, and I was impressed with the exceptional customer service and the vast range of products available. The staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right materials for my project. Moreover, the store had everything I needed, from tools to building materials, making it a convenient one-stop shop. I highly recommend Lowe's for their excellent service and extensive product selection.

Pat was exceptionally helpful in the lumber department. He assisted me finding the right type of lumber and stain for my project. Jayda was awesome getting my delivery set up! Thank you!

I visit this place at least two times a month. Great selection love the people there. Good service, Drew in the hardware and tool department is super helpful. People in the cabinet area are the best. Kim in the appliance area is the best in the business.

Linda in home decor, Kathie in customer service and Jasmine who works throughout the store, showed professionalism and genuine kindness helping me when I asked for their much-needed guidance.
Mark also patiently ( with a great sense of humor) helped to find a particular light bulb. All the assocites mentioned were personable . An extra shout out to Jasmine who noticed that I was becoming little overwhelmed and when I asked where an item was, she said she would go and get it for me! Now that's great customer service! Pretty much has anything you need. I generally get landscaping stuff and plants. They are over priced on their bird seed and feeders. Staff are really helpful.

Fire extinguisher combo only $15 on sale and detergent on clearance for $11 each. Great deals at this location.

The biggest problem with these stores is not finding anyone to help when you have a question. Today, I was in the store for 10 minutes. There were at least 7 associates in various places that were available and attentive. If you are looking for a home improvement store that can actually help you when you need it this store has you covered.

My husband and I needed to buy quite a few blinds. Linda was extremely helpful explaining the sizing, and making sure we found what we needed. She even went hunting in receiving for a size we needed that hadn't made it to the aisle yet. Great experience thanks to her!

They had a dryer in stock and at a fair price

I am very happy with our local Lowes. I love the garden center options and seasonal varieties. We were extremely satisfied with our kitchen redo. We have order blinds through them and about to get carpet. They have good sales, specials, and discounts. The employees we have encountered with every transaction have been most helpful.

For Big Box store, I'm usually greeted inside the door and there have almost always been a service person to help me find what I'm looking for. Selections have been good, can't complain there. Prices are equal to Home Depot so that part's good. Of course, parking lot as well wet and plenty of parking space. So, long and short not much bad to say. Worth the trip for sure.
I recently had knee replacement surgery, and I must say that Lowe's having the motorized carts handy for persons like myself is a big big plus.

I went into this Lowe's about a month ago to get an HVAC filter but they didn't carry the size I needed. Was not a big deal, they ordered the correct size from the desk for me and it'd only take a couple days to come in. They called me when it arrived but we didn't make it in for a few more weeks. When I finally went to pick it up they couldn't find it, or my order history by phone number, name anything. I of course didn't have my receipt anymore, and after a couple days of calling them and them looking for it they could not find it. Stuff happens, I understand, I don't know how their system works, but this is where they came through (thank you to a manager named Ryan for handling this so well) they eventually just ordered another filter for me which they didn't have to do as I lost my proof of purchase. I'm guessing they realized I didn't make this whole story up just to make trouble over a $15 filter, and did the best thing they possibly could for me. Customer service was excellent and they handled the problem professionally, thanks guys/girls and Ryan.
